The teller with too much black eye liner won’t tell you that it’s a $7.50 charge for a new card. And will take a break so she doesn’t have to deal with you. The assistant manager will tell you, with a bald head and conniving smile, that he “has all the power in the world” but won’t be bothered to assist with small customer banking needs. The bank manager stays in her office all day saving her time and energy for her big money clients and will have you waiting without acknowledgement. PNC doesn’t want small money business. Let them screw over the big guys and take your money elsewhere.

Went today to get a new debit card printed-I got on the waitlist at 11:30. Didn’t receive a text until 2:15 that someone was available to help. Incredibly long wait time for something minor.

Served two other customers that walked in and checked in after me, I was told because they're needs were quicker, once the customer being helped had to walk out to the car for something they needed and I was still sitting waiting I left for another location and closed my account dont bank with pnc

I had to wait a long time to get the assistance needed for my problem. They need more workers. Two offices did not have anyone in them. The employee that assisted me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He solved my problem. The bank was clean and had a nice sitting area. I would have given them five stars if I didn't have to wait so long to be assisted. There were only two employees assisting customers with problems.

I needed assistance with an estate account expeditiously. Victoria Davis the Branch & Business Center Assistant Manager made it happen. Even with covid, she went over and beyond to provide great customer service. She is a true asset to PNC and this branch.

Thirty years ago before my bank was purchased by PNC Bank, it was a pro business bank. Bank managers helped you get loans and seemed to care about business owners. PNC Bank seemed unwilling to help business owners during the PPP loan program. The way they set up their PPP loan program, business's that lack a CPA and IT department down the hall, never had a chance to obtain a loan with their complicated filling system. You will get more help at your local McDonalds order counter with loans than from this bank. Some of their branches have just terminals inside. It's a internet banking company with a bunch of branches they inherited from past acquisitions. This is not a bank for small business.

Went to the 19th street location to discover that they have moved to the 5th ave location. Went by there, no parking available except on street, no drive thru. Just a terrible location for PNC, I will not be banking at that location ever. Might change banks, terrible move to that location.

I've had good service with PNC for years but now I'm done. They approved me for a "Check Ready" auto loan and gave me 30 days to use the check with an option to extend another 30 days. Before 30 days were up, I called and extended another 30 days. I was told to wait for the new check as it would come via mail. Days go by without the check so i called them back. They told me they'd approved the extension but for some reason didn't send the check. Basically told me "unfortunately there's nothing we can do for you because the offer is expiring". I would have thought at the very least give me the check since I still had some time before the 60 days were up! Now my credit score has gone down with 50 points and will find it challenging to get approved elsewhere. Be warned, PNC auto is callous, deceptive and will mess you up!

Banking for Aunt Mary. The employees are very attentive and helpful. They tried to may your wait to be a short one. If the employees can help you that are working in the offices will walk out to see if they can assist you. Great employees

Found the bank that I will call home for the rest of my life. PNC Bank actually cares about their customers. Their savings rates are much higher than all banks I have ever had. Greater than 1.5% on standard savings with their top tier checking. Investments division has yearly meetings to ensure your retirement plans are on track.

Great customer service but I went inside to make a transaction and there are no restrooms. I asked a bank employee and the building security guard. They do not have public restrooms. Not even for customers???

I am willing to revaluate my review once appropriate action is taken. - I met with Blake a week ago to get a secured credit card. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to apply for a credit card I didn't want. He said he would follow back up before the end of the week. - I received no follow up. Blake had been sick but no one else in the office was able to follow up in his absence. When I called on Friday to follow up, they offered to make an appointment with Blake for the next Monday morning, and that they would called me if there were any changes. - An hour before my appointment on Monday, I called to confirm my appointment with Blake. I was met with extremely rude customer service from Alex, who did not even let me get through my sentence before saying he would call me back when he's not with a customer. When I restated that I wanted confirmation on my appointment with Blake, he quickly confirmed it and hung up. - Upon my arrival, I was met with Alex who told me Blake wasn't here due to illness and that I would have to wait 45 minutes before being able to meet with someone else. He was neither apologetic nor helpful. He said that Blake would be in the office later that day and that Blake would give me a call then. - I did not get a follow up call from Blake. - I spoke with the branch manager who was kind, but I don't believe they will actually attend to the concerns I raised in the branch. Ultimately, their existence is for accessibility and getting customers the product they actually want in the first place. Neither of these were met. I am currently reconsidering my accounts with PNC Bank.
