Slowest bank ever. Drive thru took 30 minutes. It was wrapped around the building by the time I left.

Slowest bank in the world. The drive thru had one lane open out of the three. I sat in that line for awhile before deciding that maybe going inside would be faster. That was a wrong assumption as they only had 1 person working the inside and she was covering the drive through as well. I’ve spent twenty minutes and counting just to make a deposit into my mother’s account.

There is no reason to have to sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes when there is only one car !!! Rediculously slow!

Visiting PNC branches has not been terrible but has not offered the best service in town.

I caught someone taking a picture of my debit card at Wendy's. I had to lock my card, but thank God for the great service at PNC Trussville! They printed me out a brand new debit card and I was out in 5 minutes. Thank you PNC for your excellence service!!!

Update to my previous review (below, which was 11 months ago): today, April 28, no one at this branch is answering the phone. My contact there will not reply to my emails. Is this any way to run a business?
Not a good place to do business with. People are unprofessional and they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Had to wait 40 minutes even though we had an appointment, only to find out we needed additional documents which was never communicated!!! Plenty of other banks to do business with! We are closing our accounts.

We're ok with PNC, though we were grandfathered in when they acquired BBVA/Compass. Mostly I appreciate that they didn't let my husband leave his debit card behind and chased us out of the building to give it to him. Thanks guys!

This branch looks huge from the outside! It was after 8 am and this location wasn't opened yet when I visited. Wow! Apparently, they open at 9am. That wasn't a deal breaker for my because I just needed to use the ATM. I can see how this could be an inconvenience for some customers who may need to transact business inside the branch. Ample parking , easy to get into but might be difficult getting out of when it's busy. The atm worked just fine. I had no issues. This was my first time coming here. Overall, it was cool.

I have a account with PNC and I went to get my papers notarized. I white woman with straight mixed colored hair said she wouldn’t notarize my papers and told me to go to UPS instead. It’s her job and she refused. Racism is alive and well. You all should hire better people (not racist)

I’ve had nothing but great experiences from this branch. Very well mannered, professional receptionists. Branch Manager, Amanda Wright assisted me with my issues. Not to mention I was late and she was understanding. Had me in and out in 20 minute. Literally. Definitely would recommend. Haven’t experienced the drive thru, but the inside service is amazing. Thank you guys again.
