Great service when I called in to see if they would be able to fix my bent wheel. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and they fix my bent wheel on the spot! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

Extremely rude and unprofessional lady that answered the phone. I asked simple questions in a completely calm manner to be treated with no respect and integrity has left a sour taste in my mouth about this company. Would definitely not chose due to the care of customers.

I will never patronize this business again. I called and a woman answered the phone. She did not say her name. Her tone of voice was rude. She was not courteous or polite. She has a very sarcastic attitude. I think the Better Business Bureau should investigate the operations of this establishment. It’s astonishing how in today’s society(2023) people still have the mindset of not being professional in a business. SMH!

I was calling to see if you had what I needed in stock, hence the call and me not just showing up. Let me clarify what I was looking for. I was looking for one factory wheel for my daily commute car that had been dented from a pothole. I was already frustrated with the amount of wheel shops and junk yards I had called at this point and I just couldn't believe how rude she was to me. So I'm guessing if you need 1 factory wheel, don't call them...

Thanks to Birmingham my rim was busted Po-Boys tried to fix it but they couldn't but they did find me a rim and I would like to thank you for being so professional and affordable. I will be going back for a full set of matching rims first year.

HONEST BUSINESS! Women will be taken seriously & not ripped off here!!My sister went here to get her boyfriend’s car serviced after another shop tried to sell her a hefty service she didn’t need. This shop was kind, prompt, and took care of the issue.Trustworthy people!
