Recently scratched my brand new Infiniti SUV down to the metal about 5 months after purchasing (I was attacked by a mail box lol) and was completely frustrated! A relative referred me to Precision Collision. This was by far one of THE BEST experiences I’ve had dealing with a shop. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. I was so concerned about overspray when you open the doors or being able to tell I had only one side of the vehicle repainted… none of that! The team calmed my nerves, walked me through the process, got me in & out quickly and didn’t take my head off on the price. The paint seriously looks brand new again! Whew!

I'll never forget my experience at Precision Collision. The staff was warm and welcoming. Everyone there were very professional and attentive to my concerns. Mr. Null is a godsend. He not only told me what my issues were, he also educated me on them as well. It's a great feeling to be able to do business with a company that's honest and trustworthy. I'll definitely recommend Precision Collision to anyone.

This is THE MOST PHENOMENAL Repair shop I have ever done business with. They provided exceptional customer service from greeting professionally on the phone to in-person greeting. Highly knowledgeable of their skills and services. Repairs completed in a timely and efficient manner! My vehicle looks like show room ready!!! The staff's courtesy call to update me on the process. They included me in the entire process from start to finish! Mr. Phillip and Team you guys gave me an exuberant experience!!! Mr. Null and staff was very helpful. They helped us navigate through a insurance claim, Updated me every other day on status of my vehicle. I could not be happier with the courtesy, timeliness, and quality of the work. You will not get better service anywhere else.

Mr.Phillip Null has good people skills he is a great guy to do business with at first I was unsure but when Mr.Phillip &his team fix my car they put it back together like I had just bought it off the showroom floor at dealership,I have got so many compliments about my car! If your car APART,let PRECISION COLLISION be your first START!

Mr. Null is a man for the people, more importantly he’s a man of God. My back was against the wall and he helped me through my whole experience. My car was not drivable, and he walked me through the insurance claim process as if I was his own child. He taught me a few lessons about life and staying on track with God so I can lead my family. If I have any problems in the future Mr. Null and his staff will be the first people I call for any body work I need on my car.

Mr.Null is an absolute angel!!! That man went above and beyond for me. I faced quite a few hurdles along the way, but he was patient, understanding and helped me get to the finish line. Mr.Null runs a very professional and respectful business. I'm truly grateful for all the motivation he gave me and just how much he cared. It was obvious he wanted to help me as much as he could and when I was discouraged he encouraged me to remain optimistic and to not give up. After about 3 months of going back and forth with the insurance company, I finally recieved a check for the damage done to my car. I dropped my car off at Precision at the end of May and it was ready for pick up a couple weeks later. I am beyond pleased with the results. Mr. Null and his employees brought my car back to life. My car doesn't even look like it was ever in a wreck. Leslie was sweet and very informative as well, whenever I had to speak with her. His entire staff were all friendly and helpful. Precision Collision deserves far more then just 5 stars and I highly recommend them.

I have been coming here over 10 years and everytime I come I always have a great experience. The staff is kind, it's organized,and clean. They take their time with their customers and explain what services are needed for your vehicle before and after. I appreciate them for being educated and knowledgeable about their craft to ensure satisfaction and guarantee.

Highly recommended..Phillip and his team was very reliable and professional . They definitely kept me updated about my vehicle during the repair process every Tuesday and Thursday ❣️I am very pleased with my results not to say they told me 2 weeks and they finished it at the time .
