Went there today and purchased a gun but my back ground check was delayed so I went ahead and paid for everything and left a couple of hours later they called me and said that they charged me less than what they were supposed to charge me and said I needed to go up there and pay more which I this is very unprofessional because customers shouldn’t pay up for anybody’s mistake

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a gun counter, period. Never had a “bad” experience anywhere else, but this is the place if you want to be treated with respect, if you have questions that most people know the answer to, or need someone to look you in the eye and transfer the knowledge you are seeking.

Good people work here that are knowledgeable of their products. The staff are quite affable. I am a frequent customer because of this. The custom work they do is first rate and are humble enough to remedy any mistakes on their part within a reasonable amount of time.
