I have never felt so disrespected, I ended up just setting everything down and walking out. The store is fine unless you actually have to interact with an employee, if so prepare to be belittled and talked down to. This store has slowly been getting worse and worse and has now lost a 30+ yr customer.

Went in to speak with someone about some damaged caused to my property during delivery of an appliance. I was nice and talked to the cashier and she was very nice as well but the female manager she called was very rude. After multiple pages by the cashier she eventually showed up and immediately told me I had to call the company and not giving me time to explain it why it was an active concern

Way to go Home Depot, your staff is always friendly, your products are neatly stacked, and items are abundant and reasonably priced. It's a breath of fresh air when all these points come together. Hope you get to enjoy this place as much as I have.

Tomorrow will mark one month of my dealing with the stunning disinterest in customer service or satisfaction. I bought appliances online—giving them money is very easy. Dealing with installation and delivery and the management thereof has been a nightmare. The website doesn’t have a category that allows me to give feedback on installation and delivery. I really wish I had contact information for somebody in management. “Resolutions” doesn’t seem to have any authority. Meanwhile, I have a dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen.

I received great customer service at this location. Two different people asked if I needed help when I was walking through the store. I was there to get a color match for paint, and the paint department associates were super helpful and accommodating. I'll definitely go back to this location!

Home Depot is my place for flowers and fertilizers. I buy wood here too for projects. I find their prices Pretty good on certain items. Today I needed fertilizer so I got some Scott's. They had several types of Scotts fertilizer so I just picked one to use. I have used this store to decorate my garden with flowers. I also buy my veggie plants here.

I try really hard to find the good qualities in all of the places I review and try to stray from leaving bad reviews, but sometimes there is just that one place that really gets under your skin due to a certain situation. Unfortunately Home Depot is that place for me. I had made an order online from this location. They said the item was in stock and it was ready to be shipped/delivered to me. I was getting excited as I had ordered on the the main pieces of my apartment that would really tie the whole place together. Unfortunately, there was other plans. :/ I made my order on October 11th and waited and waited. I was even tracking the package. This was during the time when I did not have a job and was home almost all of the time. The tracking kept saying that it was on its way or it kept saying that there were attempted delivers but I never saw the attempts as I was home that whole time. Eventually I received a message exclaiming that the package was being rerouted back to its original vendor in Pennsylvania. This was before the craziness began with christmas shopping so I thought it would be a great time to buy and get the item. I reached out to the store and was telling them about my frustration.. but all they said they could do was refund me the money and then expected me to repurchase the item. How was I going to rebuy it without knowing that the same thing wasn't going to happen?! The people wanted to hurry me off the phone and act like it was nothing out of the ordinary. Crazy just crazy.

I love the Crestwood location of Home Depot. We are always able to find what we need for our home. When we prepared to move, we were able to find a representative to help us locate packing materials and I didn't feel like products were being shoved in my face. I was also able to find some other supplies for my yard. The app is also amazing because it tells you where things are located. So even if you cannot always locate someone for assistance, you can find where it is located on the app. There are also proper precautions and they provide sanitizer.The checkout process is also so easy because they have self-checkout and they usually have all of their lanes open. So, you never have to wait a long time. Sometimes, the website tells you that this store has items and then they are sold out by the time you get there. This is my only issue because the inventory does not always match the website.Other than that, this is always my favorite location. I have been to other locations and I feel like I get the best service at this particular location. It is always neatly organized and easy to find help.

Terrible store with terrible management who refused to speak with me over the phone. I ordered a generator online that was showed to be ‘in stock’ at their store. Their lousy management and lousy employees were too lazy to pull the generator in a timely fashion, and they were sold out before they pulled it. There is no excuse for this. I even had someone lined up to pick it up and bring it to me, because I was at work doing activities related to relief efforts for Hurricane Z

Luckily my power was restored that day, and I ended up not needing the generator. I'm not alone with having issues with this store, my employer had issues getting them to help get supplies for Zeta relief too, management refused to lift a finger to help. Home Depot Corporate needs to 'clean house' at this store, especially with management.

I placed a order online for a in-store pickup on a ladder that they showed to have two in stock. When I got there no one could find my order or the ladders. I called customer service and they said that they would issue a refund that I should see in about a week and sell me another one but I had to pick it up in Pell City. I asked if they would ship it to me and they said they would for another $50.00. I canceled the order because they have zero customer service. Stay away from this store at all cost! It’s a waste of time!

My husband and I ordered our appliances in May. We were told that they would be delivered July 20th. Everything was prepaid and then this week they just canceled our order. No one called,no one offered to help. We called and no one had been able to help. We’ve talked to 5 different people and the overall response had been “it really sucks to be you but we can’t help” I’m so incredibly disappointed by the customer service and I can’t believe we haven’t been able to resolve this after days of trying to figure this out.
