If I could do 0 stars I would this place is a joke they delayed the pickup of my car for almost 3 weeks. The first time we went expecting the car to be ready they told us it was gonna take a couple more days. After that the second time we went hoping to pick up the car the paint job was total garbage with dents and dings in the paint, we told them this and they said they were going to fix it. The last time we went and finally picked up the car we were left with a mediocre job at best. I expect a better job if it takes me going 3 different times to try and pick up my car, and when I finally pick my car up the job is not nearly as good as it could be. I don’t recommend.

Bad experience..my vehicle still not 100%..damages to a nearly brand new vehicle they claimed they didn't damage..wish they didn't repaint my vehicle without my permission

Worst shop ever i was charged for parts that was not put on my car paint don't match they had to do it over after almost three months supposed to be ready tomorrow im sure its a terrible job again i was not put in a rental and mr Grafton knew it wasn't my fault they broke something on my car tried blaming me when I have before and after pictures i was never contacted i always reached out my car was never cleaned up when it was time for me to pick it up paint runs everywhere scratches on the side that wasn't getting repaired i was told that a quarter panel was 3 grand when he only spent 450 and he is very unprofessional a used tail lamp when he was giving enough on the estimate to buy new parts i wouldn't recommend this shop on a pinto he didn't walk me around the the car until I showed him where the flaws were bad business please don't be a victim

They did a great job on my Rogue. From beginning to end of the repairs, I was kept updated on the progress. Angela has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. I would recommend Prodent Collision.

I have no idea who is rating this company so high! My daughter and son in law brought in a pick up truck for frame work. Over a year later, their truck has been stripped of parts, specialty tag stolen and charged over 4k for a vehicle that no longer operates. The company is blaming THEM!!!! We must get law enforcement involved. They literally robbed them!!!
Thanks for responding to my review; however, we would like to know who stripped his vehicle of so many parts and why has a simple repair for $1200 taken so long - $4700 dollars later??!! The vehicle is registered with the specialty tag. Who in the hell would steal that? I hope you caught it all on camera...
