Stopped in after calling to check on availability, pricing and to just look at the setup... Lisa helped me and she was more than helpful. She went above and beyond (even in the 110° heat) to help me understand exactly how it all works, from billing, late charges, the fact that you own your lock was a huge plus for me. I wanted to look at different sizes and was indecisive and she was accommodating in every way. Lisa thought along with me it seemed. She made a good point and I will pass it along to you, she suggested that I go ahead ifgoing to try to get a size down, rethink that...she said.. "you will find things along the way that you would like to be able to put in your unit, she said she personally likes knowing she had a little room for stray items that pop up during moves, elderly parents belongings.. and there is room to move things around.. overall, the difference in price seems significant but if utilized, well worth it, I had shared my situation with her. I am glad I did, she thought about it and gave me great suggestions, or food for thought. I think as she said I will plan to get a larger one, and size down if I think it is feasible. Thank you Lisa, for your patience, and your thought process and logic.. You made perfect sense and allowed the time to me and I didn't feel pushed or like a burden... this took a load off my mind! Hopefully, before I get ready to begin task.. Lisa will be at one of these facilities on a regular basis because I can use any of them and would like to see her! Lisa listened to what all I had happening, made me think, and was comforting along the way. Will look you up end of September Lisa!

The past 2 times I have gone to pay on my account, I have had a bad experience. Last month in February I called several times, 4 times to be exact, throughout the day to confirm the closing time as I was working late and it would be very near the closing time when I arrived. I wanted to make sure someone would be there to take my payment. All 4 times noone answered, i never got thru to speak with someone and I thought that was odd because Ms. Alicia always answers or returns my call as there is caller ID on the office phone. When I arrived at 4:55pm, there was a different person there, NOT MS. ALICIA. This lady was just pulling up in her car, closed the gate, parked and went inside the office. I called the office to ask her to open the gate because I was in a different vehicle and didn't have my gate code handy. She answered and said I'm sorry we are closed. I said it's 5 minutes to 5 and you are not going to take my payment. She said "no ma'am, you can either pay online or come back tomorrow". I said this is unfair and i asked her name. She said "Lisa and sorry about that". I said thank you and just came back the next day. The next day Ms. Alicia was happy to take my payment with a smile.The 2nd bad experience was when I went to make my March payment. When I walked in the office, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I immediately turned around, went back to my car to get my mask. When I reapproached the office door to reenter, I noticed a "No smoking on property" sign on the bottom of the front door of the office. I thought to myself surely the employee is not smoking inside the building with that sign on the door. I proceeded to reenter and there in the window sill as soon as you came into the office was a container with several cigarette buds and one fresh cigarette that was just extinguished. The screen was out of the window and although I didn't see the employee, Lisa, smoking, it appeared she was standing in front of the window smoking and blowing the smoke out of the window. A childish act which doesn't remove smoke from inside the office.The office reaked of cigarette smoke so bad that I hurriedly paid my bill and exited as the smoke was agitating my eyes and my eyes were beginning to water.UPDATE - The manager/owner reached out to say the issue had been addressed and that my situations was resolved and employee was held accountable for her actions.The owner was very pleasant and assured me that it would never happen again.

District Manager very professional at first. Said she was going to fix my pricing. Beware of the price increases. I am up to $240 per month. They have price increased multiple times this year.
