The store employees face me the run around about pre authorization for cough meds sending me back and forth to my insurance company to the emergency room doc and just back and forth because no one wanted to properly do their jobs u finally got it straightened out

can’t say enough of how intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate, and helpful this staff is. It is difficult to navigate the healthcare system when a loved one is really ill. There are not words to express how wonderful it is when people who work in that system truly help. When your call is taken seriously, and your concerns are met with compassion. I have used the pharmacy at 20 Midtown for the last 18 months, and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. thank you!

Pharmacy staff is not very helpful (name badge NEHA) Early morning they just talking giggling instead helping. My doctor send a prescription and they didn’t prepare it saying some information was not clear. They didn’t bother to call doctor back and ask for information. Hope management will look into this.

Zero star to Neha the pharmacy technician. I did not know that the doctor prescribed a narcotic. So it required a drivers license for me to pick up the medication. She raised her voice at me, “State requires a driver’s license”. She could have said the same thing politely. But she didn’t. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been coming to this pharmacy for a long time and never had any issues with Adam the pharmacist and Jessica the pharmacy technician. Adam the pharmacist intervened and finally gave me the script. The way Neha talked down to me and then laughed at me when I picked up the medication was incredibly rude and disrespectful. DO NOT LET NEHA HANDLE YOUR SCRIPTS. Request to speak with Adam the pharmacist or Jessica the technician.

With insurance getting the Flu shot at their pharmacy is fast and easy. Plus they provide you a $10 gift card to the store if you get the shot through them. I get my flu shot here every year.

EXCELLENT! I always shop at Publix and being that most antibiotics prescribed are FREE I feel Publix truly goes the extra mile to help the sick and the poor! Also, other meds are very inexpensive. The staff are courteous and professional and the store is always clean!!!
