Outside of the deli this is a normal, good Publix. But my god the people that work behind the counter are the laziest, least hardworking, inept people. At least in the evening. If you ever want to order a sub from there, make sure to do it while capable management is there prior to leaving at 4. Because after that pickup times mean nothing, your sandwich will be made at a 10 minute pace, and don’t worry, they’ll definitely forget something you requested on it. If anyone from management sees this, please include a deli manager to supervise because they need it. This has become an extremely frequent thing.

My favorite Publix. Staff is helpful well beyond what is necessary, and the selection is good. Shopping really is a pleasure at this location.

So who is this supposed manager? He let a Hispanic customer get punched by a white customer and told to go back to her country. He said they don’t have cameras and can’t do anything? I HIGHLY doubt he couldn’t help her. He doesn’t look fully white himself. Sad. Do better.
