I had a great experience at Quest Brookwood. The check-in process was quick and easy at the kiosk, and I waited no more than a minute before they came and got me to come back. Kia was my nurse that drew blood. She was kind, friendly and we had a great chat. I was in and out, in less than 10 minutes.

Parking / location is TERRIBLE and no one answers the phone if you have trouble finding it. NO signage whatsoever. Better off driving to the next county.

The nurse was quick but too quick. There was no need to rush there was no one waiting behind me and other Medical assistants standing in the halls waiting. She didn't evaluate my veins and use a gauge needle that was huge. I've never had a blood draw hurt at the site and continue to hurt for several hours. In addition i have a needle drag about 2 inches where she pulled the needle but it drug across my skin. That is completely due to carelessness.
I did make an apt on line and didn't have to wait but I won't go back.

Jazmine was very gently, kind, and pleasant. Excellent touch in tapping the vein. I would go to her every time. The building location could have been communicated on the address, since Brookwood professional services has several buildings spread out and they are in D which I most people don't know it exists.

The staff was nice and friendly and my blood work was completed efficiently. I was in and out since I had an appointment made on the Quest app. Didn’t even have to pay for parking since Brookwood Baptist hospital does not charge for the first 30 minutes.

I will never go back to the Brookwood Quest Office. If I had the option, I wouldn't go to any Quest office. All of the staff were cold, rude and clearly miserable in their job. The only reason that I gave a two start was because I had an appt and was seen on time.

You shouldn’t have to pay for parking to get simple lab work done. If the lab opens at 8am, they are unlocking the door at 8am so you get to wait in the hallway outside. No signing in early. I had an appointment and I was first in the hall so I was good but it created a traffic jam at the one tablet to check in.
I miss when I could get bloodwork done at Labcorp on Montclair Rd.

I was a little worried due to the reviews that were left, but this was truly an overall wonderful experience! It was all done so FAST! I got in and out in less than 15 minutes (literally). I have “shy veins” and the phlebotomist on staff had no problems at all taking my blood! She talked to me through it, we even laughed! 5 stars! For any confusion on getting to the place, just take the elevator, go to floor 5, take a left, and its room 506! Easy peasy!

Arrive five minutes before my appointment and checked in. Waited for 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Two people came in and had their lab work done and left. Still no acknowledgment. Gave up.
