I was a little worried due to the reviews that were left, but this was truly an overall wonderful experience! It was all done so FAST! I got in and out in less than 15 minutes (literally). I have “shy veins” and the phlebotomist on staff had no problems at all taking my blood! She talked to me through it, we even laughed! 5 stars! For any confusion on getting to the place, just take the elevator, go to floor 5, take a left, and its room 506! Easy peasy!

Arrive five minutes before my appointment and checked in. Waited for 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Two people came in and had their lab work done and left. Still no acknowledgment. Gave up.

I went for a hCg blood test and when I arrived at the Brookwood location and the woman that draws blood asked for my name and had me sit down. She didn't see orders in the system because I didn't know I had to purchase them, I thought you just make an appointment. She treated me like I was an idiot and said you can buy them but not in here you need to go to the hallway. I then sat and tried to figure out where to even buy a test with absolutely no assistance from her. I would ask her questions but she was too busy talking on her cellphone to help me so i finally found a test that said hCg so I selected it and paid $38. I told her I purchased it and she said I cant help you until I get requisitions.. I wait 24 hours after the draw and I get results that were "inconclusive" and no quantitative number. The customer service said that is a different test which I feel was not explained to me when I asked about it. So now quest robbed me of $38 and lord knows they are doing it to everyone else. Bad experience, lost lunch break, robbed of $38 and no results.. I mean... y'all should be ashamed

THIS IS ABOUT THE ALABASTER LOCATION IN THE HOSPITAL. CANNOT FIND THEM ON MAPS.When I got there they said it was almost too late. I told her I got lost and they didn't answer the phone. She said THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE FOR PPL TO CALL. Remember that. They let me take the test but the woman was rushing me.The automated system is trash. I said and spelled my name several times, even saying "L as in lemon" and all that. I guess because I don't have a Western European name even spelling it out still wasn't good enough. I kept saying "representative" and apparently that wasn't an option. I made the mistake of having a question that needed to be answered by a human. The customer service center said they can't make appointments. She said I needed the paper from the job. Got here and the woman said "Oh I don't need that." Don't pick these ppl if u don't have to. I will tell everyone I know not to use Quest Alabaster.

Was in and out in 15 min. They were fast and nice. Just make appointment before you go online so it can be quicker. DIRECTIONS: Go to the parking deck right besides Targets parking deck, it should he underneath the main hospital. Once you get your ticket, take the parking deck elevator to the lobby floor. Once on the lobby floor take the other set of elevators to the 5th floor. Once you step off of the fifth floor elevators, make a immediate left down the hall towards suite 506. Quest diagnostics should be on the door.

The staff were extremely rude. They joked about the customers and said something about how I should reschedule because my appointment was close to closing time. Then they said Quest was only concerned about making money. It was an awkward experience all around and I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Directions - You have to park in the garage below the hospital. The one with the parking deck entrance ramp across from the Homewood Target. Pull your ticket and park right there. Take the elevator up to the lobby and take the next set of elevators to the fifth floor. Walk towards the sky bridge but take a left down the hallway before entering the bridge and the office is on the right. If you park here and you have an appointment, they can typically get you in and out in 30 mins so you don’t have to pay for parking. The people have always been nice to me here. There is one lady in particular that is really good at what she does and she is very friendly. I hope she is still there. I haven’t been here since Covid, so maybe things have changed. I will update my review if I have a bad experience at my nex appointment.

Dude answer the phone. Get lost, look for place you can’t find, call and listen to robot talk for an hour, no answer….then start all over again. This is like the quest to find the holy grail.

I went there today; their service was great! I went there ahead of my appointment, and I did not have to wait. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Many thanks to Lagerta the lab tech that processed my lab order. She was courteous, super nice, and I did not feel the needle penetrating my vein. As far as directions, google maps led me there without any trouble.

Arrived and the office was closed. Had tried calling before arrival and couldn't get through. Their automated phone system said they were open and there were no notifications on their website stating they would be closed.
