If I could give a negative review, I would. Hull Dobbs service department does not deserve even one star.My car was in the shop for over a month. I called numerous times checking on the status of my car. They would not return any phone calls. Since they would not return my phone calls, I went in person to check on the status of my car. I left my number with a man in the service department who said he would call me with information when another worker arrived. Since they didn't call me, I went back to the service department that afternoon. They said they had called me, but I hadn't answered. When I showed them that I didn't have any missed calls, they then said that I must have been in a bad location. Excuses...excuses.. The final price was $2,000 more than the first price I was quoted. They had not called me to tell me they had found more problems. This was my fault for not getting a written quote from them. If you take your car there, get everything in writing. I foolishly ended up spending more than the value of my car. The only reason I took my car there was that their diagnostic fee was less than the other Ford dealerships in town, and they said it would be applied to the repair bill. Two weeks after the repair was finished, the car had more problems with what had supposedly been repaired. I would not recommend hull Dobbs service department.

Incompetent doesn't even begin to explain it. Even after several months I am still working on fixing errors in paperwork on their end. Avoid this dealership.

This is the worst Ford dealership I have ever dealt with, twisting words and telling half truth, sad to see this after 40 years of buying Fords never have I seen this. Really sad for them thinking they need to do bissness this was, if buying a car just keep going,

They went above what they needed to do. I took my car for a master cylinder recall. They replaced the booster and master cylinder. There was a recall on the blower motor for the air conditioner. They replaced that too. I had it replaced s year and a half ago. It's restored my confidence in Ford. This dealership changed ownership last year and it changed for the better.

They are terrible. They don't know what they are doing and have major delays because of incompetence. They will always have an excuse why the work is so terrible. If you take your vehicle here you will instantly regret it!

Iron City Ford. The Service Department is horrible. They talk nice over the phone to get you there and when you get there they say one price and then call you back with another price. So I went and picked my vehicle up I was told $206 for a Diagnostic Test then I get there to pay and the guy say hold on 1 minute and took my paper from in front of me and came back and said your total is $313 . I asked how did he come up with that total. He had the worst attitude when I paid him I placed the money and credit card in his hands and he gave me my credit card back he put it on the counter with the nastiest attitude. Then gave me a paper which he told me was a legal document and said here. I asked him what is it ? He said my receipt. I told him I would not accept it because it only had what I paid with the credit card and not the cash and not paid. The moral of this story I was treated rudely and tried to be beat out of money . And I want be back . Word of m can build up or destroy. So we have to treat everyone right regardless of gender, race , age or religion.
