I have been going here for years and I've always been satisfied with my nails and the
pricing. Even when I thought something was off. But today I'm baffled at the pricing for my pedicure. $75 is steep considering I didn't pay that a few weeks ago when they did my nails & feet at the same time and I paid $105 for both with gel and two overlays on my toes 🤨🙆🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️💁🏾♀️.

I visited Regal Nail in Roebuck today.
I originally didn't like the color but trusted my nail tech. In the end it was kinda cute.
Rose is an AMAZING nail tech?.
As we're leaving.........
My mother accidentally stepped on my toe and completely ruined my polish ?.
Rose performed a MIRACLE on the spot.
It looks like it never happened.
Thank you so much Regal Nails for taking care of my Mother and I.
Other things I observed:
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The nail shop is clean.
The water is HOT (and feels amazing)!!
All the massage chairs work.
The polish section is VAST.

2/11/2024 was my first time patronizing this nail shop. The guy and lady were very nice, and they did a great job. I will go back again.

ROSE DOES GREAT PEDICURES ALTHO SHE'S BROKEN MY SKIN TWICE CAUSING MY 2 BLEED& TRIED TO SAY IT WAS POLISH. STILL USE HER BUT I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BCUZ THEY'VE BEEN CLOSED FOR THE PAST WEEK AND NO SIGN OR ANYTHING ON THE DOOR OR EXPLANATION FROM WALMART AS TO WHY. THEY THEMSELVES SHOULD'VE LEFT A NOTE. I WONDER IF THEY'VE RELOCATED. THAT'D BREAK MY HEART ESPECIALLY IF IT'S TOO FAR AWAY FROM MY HOME. PHONE LINES GOING STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ‼️‼️‼️

After spending $75 on her nails, my teenage daughter was very upset with the outcome when she left the nail salon. The nails didn't look anything like the picture she showed the guy of what she wanted. My daughter is very skinny and has small fingers. He put big nails on her small fingers, especially on her thumbs, making them look like nails from the 1990s.She got her nails done for an important event, but she wasn't happy with them, so I called and informed the owner, she said that she would fix the nails to make it better. I was very happy, but when we got to the nail salon there was a change in the owner. The owner called my daughter and me over to the man who did her nails and started to confront us. They said they would fix the nails but would charge us extra. The owner said that all she could do was trim down the oversized nails "a little" but that would take some of the paint off the sides. After the trim the nails didn't look any different plus the polish was slightly missing ". We will not be back.To the owner, please don't message me, don't post any apology, and don't say that you can make it right so that you can look good for your business on here, because you didn't do that when I was there in person.Service: Manicure

I needed a fill in. She wanted me to pay $90.00. No thank you. I left. I have never paid 90.00 for a fill in or a full set. I wont be back.

They are way over priced for short nails with gel polish it was $50 when it used to be $25 then they don’t last long I definitely don’t recommend going thereService: Manicure

Ms. Ann done an amazing job. I had an overlay ?. I will be back. The only problem price to high for an overlay $30… can get for $20. Took her time and done right. No rush job. ThnksService: Manicure
