This branch is either under staffed or the staff doesn't care about handling business in a timely manner. There's a lot of socialization & not a lot of getting people in & out.
Before I came down in person I tried calling 6 different times & no one answered the phone. Now I came down here only to find out I've got to go to a totally different branch to get what I need. Something that could've been resolved had they just picked up the phone.

Regions bank is awesome the personal are always very polite and helpful ms.tory and Ms joy are outstanding people also ms roshanda they are professional and caring I just love them all the service is a little slow sometimes but they always take care of the customer I would recommend Regions bank to everyone they have a great fraud alert and they will protect your account this to me is wonderful especially these ladies I mentioned this bank is very good I will always love Regions bank they really rock !!

I appreciate Regions Bank. I think we fail to realize how much we need their service as much as they need ours. I can say Regions have great customer service and work hard to meet our needs even though we can be impatient people. To be successful we need each other. Together we can do this.

Every time we visit this branch their is always a issue customer service is terrible they do not acknowledge the customers time at all ! I visit the branch to get a replacement debit card and it took over a hour due to staff laughing and joking among each other …terrible

I've transacted business at several locations. I realize that each customer wants the best service, so special attention is usually given. Time is an important factor to all individuals, but we must remember that every precaution should be taken when hiring bank personnel. In addition good workers are hard to find. Thank you Region Bank. You guys do a great job at the locations that I frequent.

My Parents have banked at this location for years. I understand it is close to their residence, but the service is horrible. I have visited this location frequently to conduct various transactions. The wait was extremely long because of staffing. Or should I say the lack of staffing? On my sixteen visits, there have been five or fewer employees working. For example:1 @ drive-thru 1 @ drive-thru2 Tellers OR 1 Tellers2 Bankers 1 BankerHow do you service four cars in the drive-thru, four people waiting to see a banker, people at the teller's window, and people waiting in line to see a teller? (Most of the customers on the inside are elderly)

I visited the regions Bank in Fairfield and was disappointed with my visit. The wait time was 35min in line. They had 1 cashier trying to double duty all lanes and this was my first visit. I finally made it to the windows to find out the birth certificate sscard state ID wasn't enough proof to prove my Identity. I literally wasted an hour trying to get a regions check cashed at regions from a lifetime user who wrote the check. I still don't understand why it turned into a real huge hassle. Had to get a family friend to get cash due to them not wanting to help me at all. I wouldn't recommend using or banking with regions bank. It's totally not about customer service in anyway ? I literally left mad because of a regions check from a long-term account holder regions wouldn't cash due to not enough ID. I'm d*** founded I had a state ID along with sscard birth certificate as well. Jessssss don't waste your time trying to get regions to cash a regions check. They don't have to do anything they don't wanna do. I will not use regions nor recommend them to anyone. It definitely was a hassle getting ? this check cashed. Finally after a few days I was able to get my cash without a week's hold.

The security guard told me due to covid the building was at max capacity. But let the guy behind me go in. Discrimination based on me being white. So if you are white I won't do business there ever again.

Today April 02 2021 I have been sitting in this drive thru for 45 minutes and has yet to be served this 8s ridiculous. I still haven't reached the drive thru window this is the worse experience I have had at any Regions bank or any bank. I will not be returning to this branch.

Lady was so rude just because our vehicle has a rack and can't fit through the drive thru. There windows close at 5 0'clock.
