Worst bank ever! My account was closed without any reason or explanation. And when I came to the branch and asked for an explanation, they told me that a bank employee made a mistake when issuing a credit card, and therefore they closed all my accounts, and also noted that this employee no longer works for them. I am shocked by this attitude towards bank customers.

The absolute worst regions I've ever been to. The employees are rude and condescending, they make you feel stupid for wanting them to do their job... after I take all of my money out of my account I will never use Regions for anything ever again...

This is the single worst bank I have ever encountered. They accept checks for deposit that are made out to people/entities other than themselves! I am astounded by this behaviour and when called on it I was in essence told: Too bad, so sad. This is something I would expect a bookie to say, not a major banking concern.In any event nothing could be done because they arbitrarily decided the matter was not worth their time or scrutiny. I guess when you're a big corporation you can pretty much do whatever you want. They blew me AND the BBB off. Mr. Turner, you should be ashamed of yourself!

I've been banking with Regions for about 6 years. Never great Customer Service but never terrible either. On December 8, someone printed 4 checks, all for about $900 and presented them against my account. These were not my checks, not even close. Not my signature, serial numbers skipped by 10 each check. This cost me just under $4000. I went to my local bank, filled out the affidavit, filed a police report and was told to expect up to 14 days for reimbursement. It's been over three weeks, and I'm being told that they haven't even assigned an investigator. Pathetic CS! I'll be bring my banking elsewhere.

The absolute worst. Been at this bank for almost 10 years. God forbid you travel and are in states without a Regions. Incredibly unhelpful branch manager. I've been in 2 emergent situations and they don't care about your situation at all. Also had the audacity to say "we don't know you" when I've banked here for years. Can't wait to close this account and rid myself of Regions but especially the Greystone branch.

I went to this Regions branch to get a document notarized. A banker approached me and my mother and asked if he could help. He said that he wouldn’t notarize the document unless *I personally* had an account with Regions. He was informed that both my parents have an account with Regions but he didn’t seem to care. He told us we would just have to find a UPS store or somewhere else but he wouldn’t do it. It seems like a little customer service would have permitted an exception due to the circumstances, but instead we ended up driving around town looking for a notary since our bank refused to do us a simple favor. This is how you lose accounts…

Set up a 4th account, it was not accessible with my other accounts, online. Had to go back. Could not transfer funds. Had to go back. Still cannot transfer funds. ATM card does not work. Going back today. Regions is messed up. If I weren’t so heavily tied to them, I would use a credit union.
