charged 36 NSF and covered same day and would not reverse fee. TD Bank and Wells Fargo and other bank work with clients, Regions would not. Very poor service

Kieran provided excellent customer service. He was cordial and made sure that he understood my needs. He verified my transactions for the day and made sure I was comfortable in the interaction.

Hi Regions. I have spent a total of 1.5 hours on the phone with your (customer service, or lack thereof) today. I paid off a vehicle loan a month ago and was told the title would mail in 7-10 days, which didn't happen. One of the representatives told me the title was mailed to a different state, but the next representative told me that wasn't true. Each person I spoke to was not helpful and put me on hold and transferred me back to the main menu. The only funny part about this situation was after not being helpful, each person tried to tell me about some great opportunities with new loans and blah blah blah... I still don't have my title or any answers. My next step is to contact the State Attorneys General's Public Inquiry Unit, which will happen first thing tomorrow... Good work, Regions.

Had money stolen from my account but instead of helping me they listed it as merchant dispute (no merchant involved) and corporate wouldn't help me because they said it was a merchant dispute so I'm just out stolen money now.

Incompetent staff. Alot of going back and forth between them, customer support, and the branch I opened my account with.They locked my account for two weeks after a check I deposited was marked "fraud". They told me the check from my employer had bounced then that it was because I deposited "too much" and then it was because I had taken advantage of the mobile deposit feature.They told me I could "withdrawal from my savings" instead of unlocking my checking account. You get charged for pulling from your savings account at regions.Go find another bank to bank with. Regions has messed with my account time and time again. Especially don't try to take your issues at this particular branch.

I've been a Regions customer since I was old enough to have a debit card. This branch is by far the worst excuse for a bank I've ever been in. 1 teller for the lobby at 2:00 in the afternoon! Stood in line for 15 minutes while she did god knows what for the guy in front of me. Looked like he was making 50 deposits at one time. Was asked if I had a non cash transaction by what I assume was a manager. When I said no I was told "sorry you gotta wait". Currently in the way to another branch to simply make a small cash deposit. I figured it'd be quicker than waiting in that hell hole.

I wish I could give them zero stars - worst customer service dept. of any bank - no dept knows what the other is doing - no follow through- we are in the midst of debit card fraudulant charge claim and you would think they advocate for the criminal and not their customer - shady overdraft charge posting technique as well - they hold everything in pending and then re shuffle the order of posting so it generates the most fees for them - you can never get the same person on the phone or a straight answer - I recomend you choose any other bank besides them - THE WORST BANK IN AMERICA
