I am a social worker. My client needed bank statements to recertify for her residence. After the 5 Points branch refused to help my wheelchair bound client in the drive thru, banker David was a great communicator and very helpful. We have worked with him before when checks went missing and he was friendly, attentive, and helped us complete our mission. I was misled by 5 points branch that they would help a week ago-- I'm so thankful that David jumped to the rescue!

Debbie E. is an angel! I had a nightmare situation involving a pharmacy double charging me for a very expensive medication. I initially went to another Regions location and had a terrible experience. The representative was focused on explaining to me how the problem happened and couldn't be fixed. He also had a very dismissive attitude. Debbie explained all the possible ways the problem was going to get resolved. I was in tears by the time I got to her due to the terrible customer service from both the pharmacy and the other Regions rep. She completely calmed me down. She also provided a way to prevent this from happening again which is KEY. At the end of the day, customer service is simple. Treat people with compassion.

As a customer of Regions I generally not a fan of most of the branches but the team here are always friendly and a delight to see.
