I have bought many cars in the past but this experience has been the worst by far. The two stars are for the pricing.Everything went smoothly with negotiation and pricing. They were supposed to include a back mat that they had to order. I called over 10 times just to get someone on the phone who couldn’t tell me anything. 3 weeks after buying I gave up and drove the 45 minutes there for them to try and claim they had what I ordered and went to put it in even though I said it wasn’t right. It was covered in cat hair from prior use. They then ordered it again with me giving them the exact item number and said they would call when it came. It’s now a month after that visit and 2 after purchasing and I haven’t heard from them. I called today for the guy to tell me that the item is red listed and can’t be delivered. I call bull and say they put it in another vehicle to make a deal. The communication is terrible, I’m pretty sure our sales guy was tweaking, and there’s no follow through.

Bought our last car there. Unfortunately, with a credit score of 690 and $3,000.00 down, they tried to charge me 23%. Needles to say I got out of there. Last Saturday I bought 2017 Explorer and got 9% financing. Royal, you need to do better.

Went in with an approval letter from Capitol One just paid off our Mustang. we bought it 5.5 years ago from Royal. He asked what we want payment wise. I told him $300.00 48 months on a 12000.00 with 2000.00 down. I guess he thought I was stupid he came back with 72 months 24% of interest for $325.00 a month. Needless to say, we will not go back.

Truly the best car buying experience ever!!! I had spoken with Don Ballard earlier in the week about the vehicle we were interested in test driving. He gave me a quote on the vehicle and value of our trade. We drove over from Georgia on Saturday morning and Don had the vehicle out front and ready to drive. While on the test drive they looked over our trade. When we decided to purchase it took less than 15 minutes to do all the paperwork and we were out the door. Truly amazing! It was a pleasure meeting Don and the sales manager. Next time we need a car Royal Automotive will be our first stop!!!

Purchase a 2021 Honda Accord and Done lied to me about the car needing breaks said it sound like that because it havent been drove. I called Don for months he avoided me.I came in no problem with a 30,000 check no problem and Don or the used car managers tried to lie to me like that's the way breaks sound and ik that's a lie. I HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR 2 TIRES, WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND NOWBREAKS All the way around. I have pictures of the tires and proof of the breaks was bad.This the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will not buy from them again all Don or the manager had to do was fixed the breaks because I said this before I bought the car and Don looked me in my face and lied for a sale. Black females or female stay away Don will cheat you out and you will be left to fix what he said they check before saying out your pocket. I was so hurt that they did that to me after I explained to them I needed to buy another car due to me driving back and forth to Tennessee for Kindney Transplant center which is 4 hours away. I trusted that I would get a nice car without spending 1000 before I can even enjoy the car. Ihave paid more to fix the things they told me they check and change than my car notes put together for 3 months. All I aske.d Don to do is to own up to the lie for a sale and fix the breaks .I paid for tires you also lied about Don.

We bought new 2023 Atlas. We love our new car. Our salesman Luke Miller was great help explaining all the features and what we needed to know. We sure recommend Royal Automotive if you’re in the market for new vehicle. They have lots of great vehicles to choose from.

Chase M. is very rude, never return calls & called to speak to someone over him & he would not let me. I could have paid cash for the truck but they very bad business so I took my money elsewhere

It's was a very poor experience as am a British guy came in this morning to have my 84,000 service and charge me $600 just have a service he said my warranty was not valid. So was a little piss of with service guy plus never wash the car been to other places they charge me $300 to $260 so not happy PS only bought the car secondhand used from a Volvo dealer with 54,000 and they use my comprehensive warranty .

I recently purchased a car from Royal, and I was blown away by the quality of their service. I dealt with salesperson, Tom Godwin who was amazing! He was patient, taking the time to allow me to carefully view all the vehicles I was interested in and did his best to answer all my questions. I did not feel like I was interacting with someone from the Sales Department, but rather I felt like I was being helped by a long-time family friend. I look forward to doing further business with them in the future and I will say to you that if you had any doubt before about where to purchase a car from, don't hesitate to check out Royal.

Justin and the entire staff at Royal are top notch. As we were purchasing from out of town, I wasn’t sure what to expect but Justin quickly answered all messages and was able to provide any and all info we needed. Once we arrived the vehicle was already detailed and paperwork was ready to complete. We were done with the whole process, including a trade in, in a matter of minutes. We love our 2022 Atlas and all the options it provides. It’s a perfect fit for our family.

I normally get my car serviced at Royal VW. A couple of weeks ago I came in for an oil change. At that time I was told I had a timing belt issue. I scheduled an appointment at the front desk for 6-29-2022 to take care of that issue. When I scheduled this appointment NO ONE told me the job would take 12hrs OR parts had to be ordered. It was a few weeks before this actual appointment and again NO ONE told me the job would take 12hrs or parts needed to be ordered. I drove over an hour for my appointment and waited for over an hour ONLY to be told they didn't have parts and that the job would take a couple of days. Now I have to drive back over an hour with a loud raggedy car. I'm not sure if I'll be on the side of the road or not. The desk attendant who handled my service showed no remorse or sympathy for my wasted time and gas. I was told I would have to pre order parts and wait till they arrive. Why not tell me this in advance. I would not have driven the already raggedy car there. I purposely parked and did not drive my car for weeks just to be sent back home. I just pray I make it home.

My fiancé and I worked with Richard to buy our new Volvo. I wanted a very specific one, and Richard text quickly back and forth to answer my questions. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable on the Volvo brand, so much so I left using the infotainment system and other features of the Volvo with more ease than expected with it being brand new to me. I believe the man we worked with for signing papers name was John, and he was fantastic as well. He broke down our options easily for us, swiftly got our paperwork together, and swiftly and efficiently went over them with us before we signed each one. We will absolutely be back at Royal when it is time to get a new vehicle, and we are excited we found these guys! And the car of my dreams of course!
