Not the place for GMC service. I was instructed to bring my vehicle in on Oct. 15th or 16th. Told the shop opens up at 0700. I arrived on time and then told the technicians do not arrive till 8. Someone however was willing to get a quick check of the computer system. I was instructed to call back Friday if I haven't heard back. I called Friday that same week & was told I was not on the board to be checked. To try again next week. I called back the following Wednesday & still no movement. I was told to then bring the truck back the next Monday morning at 0730. On time again and was told it is first come first serve. So I waited around this time. An 1.5 hrs later. I was informed a tech now has my vehicle. Great! Nearly 3 hrs later, I was told the tech has not gotten to my vehicle but will after another one is ahead of me. This service center is not equipped to handle much. Inconsistent communication with little knowledge of how to provide clearer time management information. I dread the follow up.

Royal GMC failed our business. We contacted Royal on 7/29/25 regarding loss of power while driving. We were advised to bring vehicle in as it’s an open recall. We brought vehicle in and advised Matt in service that the vehicle had loss power and that this vehicle was used for business. He said the recall allowed for a new engine. We advised that a new engine would be a great fix as there is no light indicating an issue that came on when the car shut off it just stalled while driving.
We were advised that a diagnostic was ran and that nothing came back and that an upgraded oil change would correct the problem. It didn’t.
We asked concerned questions because of prior experience with loss of power and no indication.
The test did not detect the damage and Royal did not listen to my family. We were not provided a new engine only a $300 oil change.
Due to this, 2 weeks later after the recall oil change, and not a new engine. The vehicle loss power again this time doing a speed of 45mph that resulted in a major accident a totaled vehicle and injured individuals. We called Royal to express our concern. We were provided a number by Matt to call GM, spoke with GM filed a claim. We were denied due to alleged defect…..
Not sure what that means but … yea it’s definitely not alleged. GM doesn’t stand behind their work and it’s costed my family thousands of out of pocket expenses due to the negligence of GM.
Stay clear no one truly cares about the consumer.

This was my first visit to Royal's service department. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. Ralph was the service manager and he did a great job.

I purchased a car at this dealership in 2021. While I was pleased with my purchase and experience, I have since learned when trying to trade in my car that the vehicle was wrecked when it came on the lot. Another dealership showed me two separate reports, one from Car Fax and one from another company highly used. One showed it as minor and other as major and they showed me how it was likely hidden given it was wrecked shortly after it got in the lot. When thinking about it, I recalled a spot on the rear view mirror that was shrugged off and I didn’t think much about it. We would have never purchased a car like that if we had known it sustained major damage. My father is a mechanic and buys and sells small cars on sides at auctions, I was raised to know better as well as my husband. My car depreciated significantly and I owe $9k more than it was worth due to damage. I am stuck and pray it last me until I pay it off. We were not told. It was our mistake that apparently we didn’t research it enough,l since they are not obligated to tell you. But just fair warning to anyone out there, apparently they are sneaky, do your research . Our was wrecked within first 100 miles or so and hidden.

Rodney Burnes was extremely knowledgeable about the Yukon I was looking at and took the time to walk me through every detail. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. It was such a great experience that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Royal again in the future. I took my truck in for mechanical issues. After 7 days of having it and finally getting diagnostics, they recommended a new engine and several other parts which was quoted at just shy of $17,000. I took my truck somewhere else and it was determined it did not need a new engine and only a few parts to fully repair my truck at around $2,400. The Royal GMC person helping me was lacking customer service skills. I called numerous times over a week span and even tried to call the Service Manager to get an update and finally got diagnostics after 7 days. I would not recommend Royal GMC for service issues.

Jared and team did an amazing job getting my oil changed and my tires rotated. Just recently moved to the area and this was my first time at this dealership. This will be my home from this point forward for all my service work on my GMC Sierra. Thank you again, Jared!

I've bought a lot of cars in my life and I can honestly say this purchase was by far the easiest and friendliest purchase I've ever made. My salesman, Joel Brasher and Sales Manager, Matt Robertson were the best! I know I'm not the easiest customer but Joel and Matt never made me feel that. They were very understanding and patient with me. They were easy to contact and quick to respond to any question or concern I had. I feel like both these gentlemen went above and beyond.
