The dealership was very accommodating and very helpful BUT The Buick Corporate Company was a huge disappointment. This is our 3rd Buick Enclave and we're told that chips that came with new car would be available in a few months. It's been more than 2 years and the dealership says that they can't get our chips from corporate headquarters. It seems to us that Buick needs to reimburse us for chips...OR......get those chips to us.

Best service I’ve ever received from a service department! The vacuum pump went out on my Yukon and had to have it towed in around 1 am. Lou texted me before 7 am saying they got the truck and was going to check it out. I already knew about the special coverage warranty on the vacuum pump from GMC Customer Service. Lou confirmed it was the issue and would try to get the truck back to me same day since I was headed camping with my son that evening. The truck was done by 2pm and Lou arranged for their driver/ shuttle to come get me from my hotel. Everything went smooth and no hassle at all. I’m back and forth between Bham and GA but will definitely come back. You would have thought I had a Bentley ?. Service goes a long way. I wish more service managers had the same energy as Lou! 5 Stars!

Justin and Matt were great to my wife and I throughout the whole process. We aren't experienced car buyers and they made sure we were comfortable and loved our purchase. Would highly recommend going to see the guys at Royal Automotive!

Great folks. Sales rep was Bill. Nice guy that ensured I was taken care of. I spent most of my time talking/negotiating with Matt Robertson who was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I feel the buying process was upfront, fair, and honest. Would love to do business with Matt R. And Royal again.

I had to bring my GMC Sierra to Royal for a service and repair. I worked with Ralph who was fantastic. Ralph went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding the status of my truck and was kind and patient every time I had a question. Would recommend Royal and will be back when I want to purchase a new truck. Thank you Ralph for all your help!

An impromptu phone call for information resulted in an unexpected, spur of the moment visit to the dealership. Service writer Jerrod assured me that the dealership had the capability to resolve my problem. Upon arrival approximately 15 minutes after the phone call, the team went to work. It took a few hours, but they also discovered and repaired a couple of outstanding recall issues. Altogether, the most satisfying visit to a dealer for service in quite some time! I would highly recommend this service location and will most certainly visit again! Thank you, Jerrod!

My salesman, Andrew, calls himself a, “nerd“ about technical and other details about the GMC line. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question I had… even some I didn’t :-)! He made it easy to spend money with this dealership. I was under a time crunch to get out of town and needed to do our deal quickly. Matt, the sales manager coordinated things with Andrew and made it happen. There’s no reason to do business anywhere else. I’ll keep you posted about service!

I've lost count of the number of vehicles that Glenn and I have purchased from Royal Automotive over the years. Without fail, Jennifer Mills, Don Thomas and Gary Redd are the very best at what they do. Whether we are trading a vehicle or buying outright, we never have to worry about the details. We have purchased GMC, VW and Buick from these three individuals and have been exceptionally happy with all of those vehicles. It is definitely worth the four-hour drive from Foley to buy from Royal.

Dealership was very accommodating to my needs. I needed the process to be very fast and as a result, they facilitated some of the paperwork the day prior. They also expedited the title delivery to the local out of state DMV to avoid any issues with the aggressive 10 day registration window. Additionally the salesperson Josh did a fantastic job of explaining the features of the vehicle in a shortened timeline to meet my need for an expeditious process.

You had my truck for month with a part on backorder. Lou was my service manager and he did a great job.The part was $86 and the labor was $326 , unacceptable price for the minimal amount of time it took to remove/replace the part.Dealerships have a bad reputation for excessive pricing and create a very low customer return rate. If your prices were more in line people would become repeat customers. As it is, I will never return for service or a new or used vehicle purchase.
