I arrive to the store on Wednesday around 5:00 p.m. grab a long-sleeved shirt that was marked at 5 dollars (was not the only one there with that price) and at the cash register I was marked at 8 dollars ,told from a menager that they was going to check and never come back. I'm very dissatisfied.

It’s a nice store with nice clothes, but prices are ridiculous. Being an employee is ok but bathroom is horrible, stock room is so small you can barely work in there. If you apply for this job it’s not a good pay but for high school students.

Good prices, but not a lot of options. all the jeans have rips, a lot of crop tops and graphic tees, and super short/tight dresses. pretty good, just not much variety.

Jaidyn was absolutely rude when we were checking out this afternoon the store in Leeds Outlet Mall. Her and her "friend" behind the register had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a frequent shopper at Rue 21 but based on what I witnessed today, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. She acted like it pained her to ring us out at her register and actually rolled her eyes when the customer in front of us declined to giver her her email address. When the woman realized she grabbed the wrong soze, Jaidyn physically turned her had to make a face at her coworker to pole fun at the woman. At the very least it would be nice if store employees pretended like they care about the store and their customers.
