I have used S&N for 20 years and absolutely loved buying my chemicals from them. The past few years the staff has became unfriendly and seem aggravated when you have a question about a specific product. Last time I was in the worker asked me to wear a mask which she did not even have one on. I asked where was her mask and she stated she dropped hers but I had to have one on. Garbage double standard to me. Today I drive 45 minutes to get a large order and they are closed due to the system being down. How about pull out a pen and paper and write it out so you don't miss out on a big order. I won't be back.

I was telling two co-workers about this place when another passed by and said, “That place isn’t the same.” So I went and boy was this guy right! As I entered, I spoke to the cashier who simply gave me the look of why did I come there. I asked several questions about the products to which I could tell I was bothering her. The prices on the products have nearly doubled from when I went years before. I made a special trip from Talladega and will say that I will NEVER go back again. I spent $50 and was so disgusted that I almost got my money back. They need to go back to the days of old and definitely send that cashier packing!
