Used to be my favorite thrift store, but it has gone downhill. Everything that I wanted was either way overpriced or didn't have a price on it. Don't go there within the last hour before they close, because they don't want you in there and will do everything to make sure you know that. I'm good with not going back.

The Greensprings store is clean, neat and well organized. The manager and her staff are efficient and friendly. There are always plenty of items to choose from.

Shout out to Reginald Hendrix for making donating fun! He always greets you with a friendly smile and offers a helpful hand to unload your items. Then yesterday I saw how he had the stuffed animals displayed for the kids. His small act of kindness made my day. Thank you for being a positive influence, keep up the good work, the world needs more people like you!

Staff is great...been going here fir years. Was very disappointed in the HUGE price increases today! If we could afford retail we would shop retail...now it's a hit or miss...was very shocked at the new pricing

Never had an issue with this thrift store have been supporting it for a decade !! But pro tip from something that happened to me this weekend make sure your tags stay on the clothes before you pay or they will up sale what the original cost was I had a tag come off all shirt while helping them take the hanger off the clothes and she wouldn’t accept the price .

I love donating my Gucci apparel to this establishment, i love walking down the street and seeing some strung out crackhead wearing something i wore to the golden globes. i also love watching said crackhead try to get his life together after he has a mental breakdown after losing his naked knife fight only to for me to supply him with not just crack but heroine and spray-paint, only the spray paint is rigged to set off all alarms within a 27 mile radius, so all the cops chase him and fire holes and ruins my Gucci leather belt that i bought for 2400 hundred dollar that you sold for 7.99 after tax to a guy who spelt chanel like "channel"5 stars i found the vhs boxset of friends but tape 5 was just someone's s*x tape

Really nice people working there. Only thing I found wrong was the prices are to high for stuff they get for free, just don't understand why they would do that when people who mainly shops there are from low income families. When they get there stuff free.

They are a little pricey on some items, but I still found a few bargains.

This is the only thrift store that I have gone to that actually smells like a thrift store... It smells like dirty, old, musty clothes in a garage...

They very loudly play horrendous religious music and religious talk radio. Like, VERY loud. The last time I was there it was a whole sermon about a “woman’s place”. Stay far, far away.

Came in not looking for anything in particular. Jut wanted to browse and see what they had. The store is packed and has all sorts of items for every occasion. Some of the stuff on the floor even has the tags still on them. There is a sign at the front that shows which tags are on sale for the day. My best advice would be to find that wrack of clothes and see what you can find on that to save you some money. But nothing in the store is super expensive either. They are very much marked down from their original price. Be careful though as the item's low prices will add up and you might be walking out of there spending $40. The staff is friendly and helpful. You have to go in knowing that it is a thrift store and not a normal retail store. Wit this knowledge you will be able to find some steals and some things you might just have to leave on the rack.

I had a less good experience than usual donating items. After some gentlemen helped me unload, they disappeared when I had my back turned and they had closed the loading dock door and the trailer door. I had to go into the store to ask the manager for receipt. Usually, this process goes very smoothly, but yesterday was different.
