Sanctum Tattoos and Comics is a favorite Birmingham spot and a real gem to the community. It is a great shop for both comics and tattoos, offering a great selection. This includes lots of indie, small press, independent, and local stuff, with a good mix of new comics, back issues, and older issues. The staff are some of the kindest individuals, super cool, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is always incredible and helpful, providing great recommendations. The artists are all incredible and great, each with their own unique style. The environment is welcoming, a safe space, and fun, even featuring pinball. It is definitely worth a visit.
Has a good selection, some staff could be a little bit more friendly tho.

Really one of the best comic shops i've ever been to EVER, and the tattoos are SICK too. Wess & Aaron are so kind and knowledgable and make everyone feel welcome.

The only comic shop in downtown Bham, and frankly will be the only that matters if another one opens. An excellent selection, catering to all kinds of readers. Extremely friendly staff, and a great pull box system. Can't comment on tattoos, but if you like comics go here!!!
