I carry my car to Serra body collision shop on August 22 2023 it was involved rear end hit and it been three weeks now still not fix and I have spoke to manager in the body shop he are very rude and has very nasty attitude his name Brandon he the manager and want talk over you and yell at you like you are a child don’t want explain proceed to you and call your phone with attitude and general manager spoke he need to be wrote up

Great service. They got me in and out in an hour with tires rotated and oil change. The service lady said usually stop at that 4:30 closing at 6:00pm but the repairman named Tony did it with a smile. Thank you. I get nervous my car will stop in me someone alone in the street

I have been coming to Serra Chevrolet since 2016/2017-present & I can confirm the accuracy in Michael A.'s review from Jan. 2023 regarding the company not honoring prices displayed online. I had a similar occurrence (years ago) in which I received an emailed promotional discount price, that was not honored. Instead, upon my arrival I was told that several customers received the same email, however they were not sure why & unfortunately could not honor the price. This was explained prior to me receiving the service & as a result I was given the option to cancel or move forward with my appointment. I made the decision to move forward as long as prices were not increased from the standard price. Today unfortunately I made the decision to end my relationship with Serra. I had an appointment for 8:30am on 1/6/23. I arrived at 7:54am & requested to use their complimentary shuttle service which transports customers to nearby locations while repairs are being completed. The service rep advised that they no longer offer the shuttle service despite it being listed online (which I selected) & despite it being included in my appointment confirmation (pictured below). I overlooked this inconvenience and proceeded to contact a family member to pick me up instead, since my residence is within 5 mins of the dealership. After doing so, the service rep then approaches me to confirm if my appointment was "only to diagnose the check engine light." I explained that the appointment was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation & diagnostic. The response provided was that it would be $195 for the diagnostic alone. I clarified that in my previous experience with Serra, customers are only charged diagnostic fees in the event that the customer declines to complete the repairs at Serra Chevrolet after the diagnostic is given. It was at this time that the rep informed me that they were under new management & protocol now includes charging customers $195 for the diagnostic regardless of whether customers receive repairs from Serra (in which you will also be charged for parts and labor) or whether customers decline to complete their repairs at Serra. As a result, I politely requested to cancel my appointment. For reference, I've included one of many receipts from 2021 in which diagnostic services totaled $0.00 as well as a screenshot of my appointment confirmation with shuttle service included. In my opinion, this is a gross money grab attempt from management & I'd much rather prefer to go elsewhere.

After purchasing a vehicle from them I inquired about service 2 days later. They would not call me back. I called repeated for service, then ask for the manager. Still they would not pick up the phone for 4 minutes to answer a simple question. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! There is absolutely No service after the sale.

Horrible communication and could care less if I got my car back in a timely manner. They do have a thick book of excuses for why they could not finish the job. I got my car back and they fixed the original problem but now I'm having other problems. 2021 Tahoe.

I purchased my used Silverado at this location a few years ago and have always had it serviced at this location. I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation and was charged almost $200? The oil light wasn't reset. They didn't put a sticker in the window. The tires were rotated but I was charged for a balance that wasnot needed and didn't happen due to the same weights being on the inside of the rims. The tech couldn't be located by the young service writer to ask questions. She found help from another young lady to walk out to my truck to reset the oil light and get a mileage sticker put in the window.( Thank you ladies/ not your fault) All of this was unacceptable and unnecessary. I also felt I was over charged and under valued and recieved sup par service. This is very poor and not acceptable. I cannot and will recommend this dealership and I will not be returning for any type service moving forward.

2014 Chevy Equinox was driven in and after $4200 worth of they said repairs to the vehicle, and had to call a towing company to move it to another shop. All I got from Jon the Service manager were my tech made a bad call on repair and its something different. I mentioned that it been in his shop for 42 days and we had to tow it to another shop with major issues. Do not forget we drove it in with it shutting off when stop at a light. This place need a much needed overhaul before they continue to rip more customers off. 09-08-2022 The Whole team do not care.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I scheduled service online. The online prices were not honored in the service department. They have a small signed in the office with prices which can be seen when you come and pay for your vehicle. Note they meet you outside in the delivery bay so you don't see the sign nor do the techs advise you of the price differences. Also they only rotated one side of my car and when the tech was asked about the discrepancy, he stated he didn't work on my vehicle. His name is on the printed service sheet in black and white. So no one knows who worked on my car. They also refused a refund for a service they didn't provide. Told me to contact the manager who just so happen to be on vacation. How convenient...

The saleswoman/salesman was very professional and courteous. She was very informative and worked hard to meet all of my expectations. Even though I didn't get the vehicle that I originally set out to get, she gave me other options which really set me up for a really great deal and it was a better choice that was a great fit for me and I'm loving it!!! The salesman who originally reached out to me took the opportunity to help me with other services which meant a lot and it really put me in a great spot which all came together. This team of staff had their work cut out for them and they truly understood the assignment. Great job to the both of you and thx for all you done!!! My 22 N 22!!!

Was sold a lemon car some years ago found out recently when trying to trade it it was brought up it was a lemon and wasn't supposed to be sold period .I tried reaching out to them no one will call me back (figure) . I wouldn't buy anything from Serra again . They hidden the lemon title from the car report that gave me . I should of did one myself but, this was my first car never thought a dealership would be so dirty .
