There was a recall on my 2015 Kia soul. I dropped my car off on November 1 and today is January 27 and I just picked up my car. The engine was replaced and something else I can’t remember. 2 out of 5 stars. I’m grateful that the engine has been replaced but the time was very lengthy and I had to pay for a rental car the entire time

I would give zero stars if that were an option. The rude lady in the service department gave us an appointment to come in for service on new years day. We drove over an hour to get there on time for our appointment only to find that they were closed due to the holiday. Then when I called back she refused to put my call through to the service manager. I was told they called and couldn't get an answer which was a lie, we had no missed calls. Then they told my son that their automated phone system was supposed to call us but it didn't work. They don't care how they treat people.

Would give 0 stars but the staff is friendly. I always wait 2-4 hours for a simple oil change. If it wasn’t included with the purchase of my car I would take the car somewhere else. Now they don’t offer weekend appointments so I have to fit an appointment into my weekday schedule and then wait ALL DAY!

The lady at the front desk was very kind. Took my request for my car to be checked and worked me in without an appointment. They were able to fix all but one item and they have ordered the part for me. So soon my car will be 100%.

We always get great service with Kia all the staff are friendly and always ask if we need anything and work late with us if we are there late. We love Kia of Trussville Alabama. Bought our first ever new car from them a 2015 Kia Soul. Now we traded it in for a 2015 Kia Soul. Had a little problem with it so they are fixing it for us and gave us a nice loaner till our car gets fixed.

I purchased a used truck. The associates were nice, and I feel like a got a good deal. It needed cleaning/detailing, but they took care of it before I left the dealership. So far, very satisfied.

The people at Kia are very friendly, make you feel welcome and are appreciative for your business. They were communicative and honest with me about the best business decisions and made me feel like I got the best deal possible for my brand new car. Best Kia dealership in a 100 mile radius!

I just bought a Nissan Pathfinder from Serra Kia in Trussville. My husband and I couldn't have had a more pleasant buying experience. Our salesman, Sha, made sure our needs were met and encouraged us to consider the Pathfinder instead of another car we originally were interested in. I am so very grateful that he did this. The Nissan is an incredibility comfortable car, more so than the other. Sha wasn't just trying to sell us a car, but really wanted to know what our needs and desires were. The owner, Matthew, was very gracious and offered us a generous warranty package for our used car. Blessings to all who assisted us.

Although buying a new car can take a while, Jacob made us feel right at home and took care of us, putting us in a safer, more reliable and fuel efficient ride in the end. He even gave us a rental car until the service pm the car was complete. I will definitely be back when we are ready to trade up again, Thanks Jake!

Salesman was very nice and very informative. However, as soon as we arrived we had to do paperwork and explain what we were looking for. We never had to opportunity to look at other vehicles on the lot only what we mention we were interested and never left the building other than to test drive the car we were interested in. I don’t feel like I had a chance anything other Kia may have had to offer.

Jonathan was a terrific sales man, and did everything in his power to help me with my vehicle needs. Very easy going, and did a phenomenal job. Matthew, one of the managers, was so helpful to work with and extremely professional.

Took 2 months to fix a simple issue on my Kia Soul and took me calling Kia's main customer service number to get anything resolved! This place is beyond a joke to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else or better yet don't buy a Kia!

I did some investigating and determined that the Kia Sportage was the best hybrid small SUV for my wife’s needs. I then determine which Kia dealers had Sportage hybrids on their lot and Serra Kia in Trussville was one of those dealerships. The salesman was Greg Nims. Compared to the average car salesman, a breed I am not normally especially fond of, Greg was very good. Where I normally find my relationship with car salesman can become adversarial, Greg gave the impression that he was on our side. We arranged a fair deal for a vehicle with his manager after some negotiation, and drove the car off the lot. wile driving her new Sportage to Tuscaloosa the next day, my wife found that the front windshield had an expanding crack. She said that she never heard anything hit the glass. We took it back to the dealership and they found that there was a small chip where evidently something had hit the glass, maybe while my wife was driving or perhaps earlier while it was being transported from the manufacturer. Regardless, the problem couldn’t be handled under warranty. When the dealership manager heard about the problem, he said it didn’t matter, they would take care of it for no charge because “I want you to be a happy customer”. They arranged for a glass company to come to our home to change out the glass with instructions to give the bill to the dealership. I was impressed with the service.

I want to personally thank both Daniel and Greg for their patience, professionalism, expertise and AMAZING customer service. My daughter was a hard sell but they eventually were able to get her in a car. This is her first vehicle and she is so happy.Greg made her feel safe behind the wheel and supported her as if he had known her for years. Daniel has the patience of a saint and took her to see each car she had in mind.Please if you are looking for a vehicle I suggest you go here.The staff as well as the deals were great.

First time I bought a vehicle there over 4 years ago great people really worked with you.the people that work there now will lie to you about how they will get you financed. Then they will lie to the finance company about you. Not once but about four times at least I know they did on me. So if you visit Serra Kia in Trussville be careful and I hope you don't get the same sales person I did.Shae I think that was his name. But you can tell him he sticks out like a sore thumb he smells of strong cologne and where's all gold around his hands and Neck.
