Eeeww. Stopped in to this station for refreshment and to use the restroom. The refreshments were a plenty, but the restrooms… .As soon as you walked in (to either) they reek of cigarette smoke mixed with some other foreign substance. Almost takes your breath away. Certainly don’t want to go see a man about a dog at this restroom!!After using the restroom as quickly as possible, I chose to wash my hands but had to do so by simply rubbing them together under the running water, because they have no soap at allIn the bathroom!!Pretty disgusting place overall.If they take such little care / concern with their restroom facilities, I would imagine they place about the same concern in the other areas of the store keep up and product storage.I do believe I will be seeking my refreshments elsewhere from now on.

Never paper in the printers at the pumps for a receipt. Defeating the purpose of paying at the pump. ?

I NEVER had a problem until today. I bought a lot candy snack cakes, etc along with cigarettes. I as the cashier to tell me the price of each one, just in case I wanted to change my mind about the item. She (the tall Jamaican girl), gets an attitude. I almost didn't get ANYTHING! But I let her know, I would not be filling my gas tank there anymore! I spend a minimum of $30 from half full to fill my car up EVERY time I go....but NOT ANYMORE! I will go to the other stations that are the area.

Hey y'all. Shell is my favorite service station. They are several in my neighborhood but I only go two of them. The stores are always clean. The employees are nice, patient and pleasant. I mostly go in the mornings before school drop off and of course this is a busy time but there is never a long wait. The Shell team works together to keep things running smoothly. Keep up the good work and high fives to all of you.Mattie

Would I go out of my way to come here, not a chance! Especially if it was after dark .... not happening. During the day it's fine, but it's really not as close to 20/59 as it appears that it will be when exiting and it's just not really very convenient. I was here on a Saturday and traffic wasn't bad, but there was only one pump open .... wouldn't want to have to wait for a pump here. Also, it wasn't too bad getting out at the light, but, kind of guessing, if it was before or after work traffic .... probably impossible to get in and out of this place. All in all, I needed gas and it served the purpose. I'd search out another option next time though.

Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Usually crowded due to the service and variety of groceries, coffee, snacks, etc they have. The clerks are friendly and helpful. When there are two employees, you'll find one maintaining stock or cleaning. Have seen many customers have friendly interactions with the clerk and smiling while leaving the store. There's a police station right behind the store and often a friendly officer at the store. This used to be a chevron for many years and recently renovated to a shell. New pumps, lighting, etc. Great atmosphere and my go to convenience store.
