Great experience. We knew what type mattress and firmness we wanted,and Jules was able to quickly point us in the right direction. Was not a pushy sales person, but pointed out the pros of each mattress. Highly recommend this Sleep Outfitters location. They know products they are selling. That's not the case in all mattress businesses.

Jules waited on us and she was very helpful . She pointed out something extra on clearance to help us save some extra money and it was exactly what we wanted, we went to other places and came back because she was the most helpful.

Jules was the best! My wife and I purchased our first adjustable bed from Sleep Outfitters! Jules educated us on the different styles and types and sold us the perfect fit for our needs! If you're shopping for a mattress this is the place to go. Jules was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to understand my sleep needs and make sure I got the right mattress for me. I never felt pressured or rushed. No surprise charges at checkout.

I was NOT looking forward to mattress shopping because of previous bad experiences. When I got here, though, it was a different story entirely. Jules was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. While I didn't make a purchase this visit, I will be coming back with my partner to make a final decision!

Ariel was so sweet and walked me and my kids thru the store allowing us to try what we wanted. Any questions I had she answered even the hard ones. I will definitely be back to buy the bed that me and my kids fell in love with! I saw the price tag and was instantly discouraged but Ariel told me to lay on the bed and put my feet and head up along with the lumbar support. Once she showed me the bed vibrated with different settings AND COULD CONNECT TO MY TV. I was sold and the fact the remote has child lock was the icing on the cake! This woman is a rock star and not one time did she get upset at my kids. From the time we walked in to the time we left I felt like we were VIP!!! I will definitely be driving back to this store! We live about 30 minutes away but it was definitely worth the drive. Ariel I have no clue if you will ever read this but you are a true rockstar!! 💯 starts for her!
