Well I can't give them 0 starts or I would. I have a iPhone 14npromax I brought into them because my screen just stopped working. So I brought it to them to replace and they did replace it for 290.00. but when I got home I happen to notice my screen on the bottom rude side of my phone was popped up and I found out why it's because when he took my old screen off he punctured my battery which caused it to swell up and pop the screen up my battery wouldn't hold a charge then 3 days later the whole screen just fell off. When I called to let them know they told me there's no refunds on any of there products well I wasn't there for a refund I was there because they damaged my phone and need to fix there mistake and they said I had to come when a manager was there and they would call me and let me know when that would be I've stopped in there a few times now and still nothing no phone call just shitty unprofessional people that don't know what they are doing clearly shitty customer service and ownership do not come to this place save your money or spend the extra and go to apple I wish I would have I would post the pictures of the damage but I'm not sure how I would do that

My experience with Smartech has been amazing and there is nothing bad to say about them. The staff was very polite and they could fix anything that I would bring. I came here multiple times and I never had a problem. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Do not go here I was told they can fix my computer prior it was turning on now it gets no power and will not turn on they charged me 200 and destroyed my computer do not go to these guys they are full of it and half the time when they mess something up that person is never there when you come back to complain about the issue

SIX STARTS SmarTech Birmingham is out of this world. SmarTech Birmingham has just saved me £500 I wasn't expecting that. Fair costs are important to me but what I love about SmarTech Birmingham the most is the fact it takes the load of my shoulders and does so with grace. SmarTech Birmingham seem to understand the fact that I am useless when comes to Orange's repairs, oil, and the rest. I absolutely love the fact SmarTech Birmingham allows me the space to be what my late husband used to say "a woman" , and they do so by saving me money. I feel blessed. I do call other garages for fan. Some garages think as a woman I probably am swimming in money or maybe my money fall from my handbags and shoe collection...it doesn't. I don't indulge in such worthless luxuries. SmarTech Birmingham is my Saving Angel . Thank you SmarTech for being there for me. Great store with very personable service, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Pick up spot for Wish orders, which is so convenient!! Vape mods, tanks, juice & a few accessories and an overall cool store. I'll shop here again!!
