3 nights in a row I tried to order a blood orange recharger from this sonic and 3 nights in a row I got the wrong thing. First night was a dr pepper, next 2 where cherry slusbies. I even called beforehand on the third night, begging them to.make sure it was a recharger and the employee confirmed they had the stuff.Got another frigging slushie. And it doesn't even taste good.Don't waste your time or energy here.

I ordered an all American dog combo with fries and a chicken sandwich. Once I got to the window I asked the young lady if I could get fresh fries. I heard her make the request to the cook. I waited 9 minutes and was hoping my food would be fresh. NOPE fries were cold and hard as a rock. As was the chicken. I pulled back through spoke to Chris the Mgr he offered to remake the fries but I didn't have time on my lunch break...horrible food won't be back ! I should have looked at the reviews before I went there!

There was a new girl working; and I don’t fault her for my experience because clearly she was not trained properly. I ordered two slushes, one being a cream slush. She attempted to make it, but wasn’t sure how to and no one was willing to assist her. Once someone finally did, it was still incorrect. I waited in line for 20 minutes and still have the wrong drink! Not sure what’s going on but it’s not good.

Kyle is the best and nicest worker ever! He always goes out of his way to make sure our order is correct and tasty, he also is amazing at taking orders. Kyle deserves everything ever!

This is the nicest Sonic I've experienced. We used the drive-thru, which was a Sonic first for me. We were just getting a shake and it came out exactly as ordered. It was limited exposure to their food quality, but I was happy with this visit.

This Sonic would not work in the morning without Marcus!!!! Each time I come through the drive thru, he is professional, pleasant, engaging and an overall great employee, but more importantly a great guy. I don't know if the Sonic Big wigs (upper management) reads these reviews, but just know Marcus is the best employee there period.Give him a raise, promotion WHATEVER, but keep him here.

Best sonic I’ve ever been to by far. Just driving in I was amazed by the design, layout, and decorations. Was met with quick service, and fun and positive interactions with our worker, Amy. She attended to our every need and even got us water cups while we were eating outside in the covered area.First time I’ve ever had fast food service better than a restaurant. Food was also the best cooked sonic i’ve ever had!

The service here has been fairly decent since it opened, until my visit on 11/28/23. I traveled to the location with a friend who had a mobile order to pick up. We pulled into a stall to place my order and after we told them what I wanted, we informed them that we ALSO had a mobile pickup order for my friend. When the carhop Kennon came out with the order, he only gave us my friend's online order with MY order receipt, but NOT my food. When we brought it to Kennon’s attention, he seemed confused on what the issue was and was requesting things that weren't applicable to the issue at hand. He ended up taking my receipt to talk with a manager about the missing food (I don’t know why a manager would need to be involved when all we needed was them to make the food I purchased). Thirteen minutes passed and they had served about 6 cars and we weren’t one of them. I had a direct view into the kitchen from our stall and the workers were lounging around at this point as if they had no customers to take care of. So, I got out of the car to press the button to talk with them. Kennon answered over the intercom and I asked for an update on my food because it shouldn’t take that long to make popcorn chicken and fries. He told us AT THAT MOMENT that they are ABOUT to make my food. I asked him if they had been making it during our wait and he said “No”. We had been there at least 30 minutes at this point and they NEVER MADE MY FOOD. I asked for a refund because that is utterly ridiculous. He then came outside to ask for my receipt that I told him over the intercom HE ALREADY HAD. He said he would just reprint it which means he most likely THREW AWAY my receipt instead of actually trying to get the food I paid for cooked. Once he went back inside, about a minute later, he came out with my return receipt. Funny how it takes over 30 minutes to START making my food but it takes a MINUTE to refund me. Ridiculous!! He tried to make it seem like the issue was the fact that we were picking up a mobile order at the same time, but we’ve NEVER had an issue doing it this way the many times we have done it before. I am huge on customer service and this really makes me want to NEVER come back to this location. Absolutely infuriating to have to do all that to never get my food.

I've never had any real problems with this place until 11/28/23 when I was there with a friend. I had a mobile order already placed and paid for while my friend was going to order at the stall. After we placed my friend's order, we informed them that we also had a mobile order to pick up. When the carhop, Kennon, came to the car, he gave us my food and the receipt for my friend's order, but not my friend's food or my receipt. We didn't catch the mistake before Kennon was back inside, so we pressed the red button again to let him know the situation. When we brought it to his attention, he seemed confused on what the issue was and just came back to the car. After we explained to him (again) what happened, he requested for MY food as if it was wrong, even though that was my mobile order and was correct. He said something about having to put in two orders that didn't make any sense, since my order was already placed, paid for, and obviously delivered to us. Kennon tried to make it look like this was OUR fault because we also had a mobile order to get. I'll point out that we've NEVER had a problem doing this exact same thing in the past. The mobile order should already be made and ready to go! Just bring it along with the other order that was placed at the stall! It really shouldn't be this difficult at all. I know you don't need a college degree to work at Sonic, but you've GOT to be smarter than this. He then asked for the receipt he gave us to (allegedly) talk with the manager about the missing food. We gave it to him and he was gone for about thirteen minutes. During that time, we had witnessed them serve about 6 other cars. We could see into the kitchen from our stall that the workers were not too terribly busy, so what was the holdup? My friend got out of the car to press the button yet again to get an update on the order. Kennon answered and we asked about the order because it shouldn’t take that long to make popcorn chicken and fries. We discovered THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED PREPARING THE FOOD! We had been there for at least half an hour by this time and they never started preparing the food we ordered at the stall! My friend asked for a refund because there was no excuse in that sorry service. Kennon then came outside to ask for the receipt, the SAME RECEIPT that he had already taken from us to talk with the manager about! After we informed him that he got it last time he came out, he said he would just reprint it! Why would you need to reprint the receipt unless you threw the original away instead of working with your manager like you said you would to correct YOUR mistake?! He went back inside and came out with the return receipt in about a minute. So basically it took over half an hour to start preparing an order we placed at a stall, but it only took about a minute to refund the order. Lovely. After going through all that unnecessary garbage, we only got half of what we ordered and a refund. Not too sure I'll be returning to this place.

Ambience was awesome! Great music, decor, very clean! Sat down on the outside seating and ate. Service was great, good interaction and timely response, always responded when we needed something! Food was mid-tier, average for Sonic, but the tots were great.

No greeting, thank you our anything. Marcus came to the window and just put his hand out for my card then handed me my drink. Not a word said. When he handed me my food and card back still silent!! He made me feel like I was bothering him by coming there for food so I won’t be returning. This is exactly why people sit in long lines at Chick Fil A…SERVICE and customer appreciation.

Pulled in the driveway thru. Waited for them for 10 minutes. Meanwhile the other line had taken two people’s order that showed up after us. We kept asking for them to take our order and they kept saying “one minute”. Terrible customer service.
