These guys are heroes! I'am new to Birmingham and got a flat downtown, which was pretty stressful. I pulled in here, and the team was immediately amazing.
Alex and Danny were super friendly, got me right in, and were clearly very knowledgeable. While they patched my tire, they even took the time to explain in detail how the patch works. I've never had a shop do that! Even with that great explanation, I was still out the door in less than 15 minutes.
The best part? When I went to pay, they said it was on the house as a goodwill gesture. I was blown away. What a perfect example of true Southern Hospitality! Honest, kind, and fast.
I'm never going to a big chain center again. This is my new go-to spot, and I'll be sending all my friends and family here for anything car-related. Highly recommend!

The pros at this establishment are awesome. I would heartily recommend them to anyone. Today I had an impact with an object on I-65 which ruptured my left rear tire on my Ford F150. I was able to crawl down the 6th Ave North off ramp to Southern Rubber Tire Pros.
Alex and Daniel were so professional and quick to assist me with this situation. They quickly got my truck into the shop and changed out the damaged wheel for the spare and got the truck on the alignment rack to make sure it was not out of alignment. They did have to adjust the toe end on the front left and did all of this within like 35 minutes. The charge for all of this outstanding service was surprisingly low and shocked me. They treated me and my family like we were their only customers. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. If you need work on your car or truck take it to them. They are the best!

Had a flat on I65....got to Southern Rubber Tire & Automotive and they took care of us! Reasonably priced, friendly employees even had dinner recommendations...our trip back to North Carolina will be smoother and safer because of Southern Rubber...Thank you for caring

The ownership and employees of this facility are exceptional. We had a last minute crisis with a tire on a Friday afternoon and they not only stayed late to take care of us but even felt it necessary to tell us “ sorry” it was taking so long as they double checked our work. These are good people, and I will be a customer of theirs for everything going forward.

Our daughter, son-in-law, and three granddaughters were traveling through when they had a flat due to running over some road debris. SR took excellent care of them, fixed the tire, and got them back on the road in no time. The kids couldn't say enough good things about them and the service they gave. Thank you, Southern Rubber!

The guys at Southern Rubber are the best!!! Traveling from Nashville back to Florida and had a tire leak. Called these guys and they got us in right away and safely back on the road. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Last night I had a disaster of a time with a flat tire, waited for roadside for hours, ended up having my car towed twice, finally had my car delivered to Southern Rubber and they just got a lifetime customer out of me. Alex was professional and gave me consistent updates on my car all while I was stuck at my job. Had my car back same day. 10/10 service will recommend this place to anyone needing tire services. Can't thank them enough for helping me out when I really needed it.

Alex will get your car back in shape when something goes wrong. They are honest, reasonably priced, and have great mechanics. I use Southern Rubber Tire for fleet maintenance as well as my personal vehicle.
