I love the store but one of the clerks spends all her time shopping. I visit 2 to 3 times a week she’s always shopping and putting quality items aside for her self before they are even priced. I need to get a job there so I can shop and get the best prices. I don’t know her name but she has white hair in a sort of bob.

They used to have the infant clothes organized. ...I spent tons. Now it's crazy, nothing matches, I'll see the bottom to the top I want in another set .... I've told all friends to stay away. Pricing is nuts- why should I pay twice as much for bad quality?

Great blend of traditional thrift store and antique boutique with stalls. I will return.

Sozos has changed management. It doesn't feel the same. There's no new, clean merchandise. The air-conditioned wasn't on. Christian music was not playing. The merchandise is old and dirty. And they have security cameras. What happened?? Why is there no NEW merchandise?? It feels like all the other thrift stores, now. It used to have a wonderful vibe.!!!! All different employees, too. Anyone know what happened and where all the other employees that worked there???? So sad, because this place used to have an amazing vibe ?

Best quality thrift store in town. Maybe not the cheapest but the one with consistently the highest quality items. My “home” thrift, for sure.

We absolutely love this thrift store and donate here and shop here all the time.My only complaint is when there are 2 cashiers and a long line, there is always that one person who decides to make their own line so they can be next. It’s extremely rude as everyone else has been waiting and the cashiers don’t say anything. Honestly makes me not want to go back on Saturdays. Please put a sign out so those of us that waited in line can be served without constantly being cut.

I love thrifting. And Sozo is a very nice well put together thrift store with its own boutique and a section where you can buy handmade nick nacks and jewelry from South America and African countries and all proceeds go to help those countries.
