Edited: I added photos of the dry cleaning service, or lack thereof, we received . Today, I’ve received a call saying the missing shirt was found & could be picked up. Upon arrival, we were told we could not pick up the shirt that has already been paid for because I wrote the review below and sent a certified letter to the owner stating there was a shirt missing, damaged shirt received and the shirt had been poorly cleaned.Every action I have witnessed from this location proves what I wrote below, and I have posted pictures of the damaged and dirty shirt. A business that stands behind their work would acknowledge what happened and resolve the issue. However, Melanie, the manager that never contacted us, became upset that I mentioned the damaged and dirty shirt. Reading of reviews is very helpful because I see from previous reviews that other customers have experienced the same problems.If I could give this location a “0”, I would. Poorly cleaned clothing returned, damaged clothing, missing clothing, & poor customer service from the employees, manager, and the owner. I nor my husband will use this company for dry cleaning services again.

My shirt got back dirty and wrinkled and customer service was so rude! I will prefer to do business with other dry cleaners. It's really a shame!

If you check their prices on their website, they're lying when I got there and ask him about the prices and I said well I see owners problem no that's your fucking problem you charge me 275 when it said 199 on your website she was very rude and just took my clothes and I got them back and I will never go there again fucking liars cheaters and honestly their work is fair go fuck yourself

The employee was courteous and friendly, and my clothes were nice and neat. They were ready on the proper time. This is the place to go for the best cleaning services.

I decided to give them a try after hesitating for few years due to some of the bad reviews. Ended up regretting it- they tore my tie (see picture) and didn't even acknowledge it until I noticed it. And then gave me the run around for 6 weeks to give me another one as replacement. I had to call multiple times and was told by front person that I need to call when the manager is in. It is unfortunate, as I was looking forward to be their regular customer. Mistakes happen, clothes can get damaged, but it should not be on the customer to keep following up for a resolution. Rather the company should call and keep the customer updated on the status. I also worry that the quality of dry cleaning is not great looking at all the negative reviews. And then the staff blamed me for being rude for hanging up the phone (after calling for 10th time in 6 weeks and being told that it's between me and their manager). You don't want to be arguing with customers who you have already wronged.

Used to get all of my dry cleaning done here even though it is a long way from my house. The people are friendly and courteous including customers like the man I had a conversation with whom had come all the way from Hueytown. So that almost $50.00 for three suits and two pair of slacks wasn't bad. I'll see when I check some local cleaners in my neighborhood.
