What a great place full of friendly staff- willing to help, answer questions, and make our stay more enjoyable in anyway possible. My husband and I only spent one night- But we had a great night!!! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was clean and set up perfectly for our needs.I knew I was in good hands when I called to verify our reservation and spoke with Nico. She’s funny, charming, and very well versed regarding all things Springhill Suites. The Assistant Manager, Kawanna, was another huge help- with a friendly, contagious smile. The staff is great. There’s also an indoor pool, fitness room, and amazing breakfast every morning. I’d stay here again anytime!Rooms: Rooms were very clean, stocked with amenities, and super comfortable. The bed was great!Noteworthy details: Great fitness room with a variety of exercise equipment and a heated indoor pool!

The hotel needs a good bit of updating. While the staff was friendly, the security at this location missed the mark. Almost all of the cars in the parking garage (that you pay $17 a night to park in) were broke into and vandalized last night. (1/5/24) zero compensation or assistance was offered from the hotel other than to file a police report.Noteworthy details: Dangerous and not safe.

I wouldn't stay here again. Too many negatives and too many nearby options. The positives:- OK location and relatively quiet.- Check in was fine.- Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.- Parking was inexpensive. The negatives:- Lots of maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail.- Peeling wallpaper in my room. Would be a 5-minute fix.- Carpet was ragged and pulled away from the bathroom threshhold to show the concrete underneath.- My in-room smoke alarm seemed un-installed. The base was there and I could see the wires and the black hole that was left behind.- Only one working ice machine for all five customer floors.- Trash was left in the common areas beside the elevators for at least 15 hours.- Hotel workers came into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING or announcing themselves one morning. Very scary to have the door suddenly open behind you without warning. They wanted to clean the carpet while I was still in the room!- The gym had no towels in it and nothing to wipe down the machines. No cleaner or paper towels.- The air conditioner in my room sounded like an airliner revving its engines before takehoff.- Small thing but my frig wobbled like a drunken sailor returning to ship after a two-day pass. I think it was missing a foot. I said it a small thing but it expresses a larger issue with this hotel. If it was cleaned, it would be obvious it needed repair in which case maintenance would be notified. Either it's not being cleaned, no one cared enough to notifiy maintenance, or maintenance cared little enough to fix it. It implies a lack of accountability.

The cleaning people don't care much to come do the rooms when u ask they just forget about u n don't like changing the bed sheets even after having the room for over a week still didn't come in n clean the room. I had complained to front desk n they still didn't change beds just made it like if they cleaned it n there's pulled the blanket back n it was the old n dirty sheets still on the bed. I was pissed

Expected more, received less.Honestly, I had high hopes for this property. As with most Marriott hotels, you expect a certain level of quality. However this hotel was a big let down.Positives:-great location-easy to get in/out of parking garage. Costs $15 a day through the hotel.Negatives:- Beds are awful. The bed my wife and I slept on was broke. There were clear indentions in the middle of the bed where people have slept on it too much and the mattress needs to be retired. Our backs hurt in the morning and we didn't sleep good at all. Seriously, I have slept better on a blow up mattress than I did on this mattress. No word can describe how horrible this mattress was.- AC in our first room was broken and it was 75 in the room. However, management did not hesitate to place us in a new room.- Continental breakfast was 2/10. Can't expect much, but no waffle batter, apple juice tasted weird, etc.- No coffee. Every time I went downstairs, expecting hot coffee, there was none! Not in the morning. Not in the afternoon. Never. All they had was decaf! No good.- Shower was disgusting. I attempted to clean it before we ever stepped foot in there.- The room reeked of bleach. I ended up stepping in a wet spot in the room and it soaked my sock with bleach and ruined the sock. Had to try to place a towel over the area to soak up the bleach then leave it there so we didn't step in the bleach again.Again, I had high hopes for it being a Marriott property, however I was let down. Will not return unless management makes some serious upgrades.

From the time I arrived until I departed April made sure myself and my family were well taken care of. From recommending local attractions to providing directions to the nearest grocery store. April always greeted us with a smile and warm presence. Tameka was amazing as well. From greeting me by name to even reaching out to me as my aunt was having a panic attack in the lobby. She was very comforting and empathetic. Overall I could not have asked for a better stay.

I was in town last month for the NABJ Conference and stayed here. It's a very nice hotel. I slept great. My room was nice and clean, and I had great service. I used the hotel shuttle quite a bit from the airport and around the downtown area. Keelie was great getting me wherever I needed to go and had such a fun attitude! Great service.

Do not stay at this hotel. Came here for a night with 7 friends and the hotel front desk decided to move some people in our party to a completely different hotel. They claim the hotel was over booked but we booked our rooms and had confirmed reservations in June (2 months early).Rooms smell like they were sprayed with bed bugs just as we walked in. Not a good location and the front desk is less than useful.

the front desk staff was nice, hotel lobby seemed clean, parking was easy, the room was average, the shower was filthy moldy and discussed this is not the standard of a marriott brand hotel

Details details front lobby looks good. But the rest of the hotel looks used. Mine had the toilet paper hold pulled off. Door to bath rm just missed the toilet. Had breakfast the chocolate milk was curdled. Claims to be opened at 6am but 630am in relativity not. Just post the correct time.

Had a great experience. We went downstairs to get extra pillows and blankets and April at the front desk gave the kids complimentary snacks. Quick check in, clean, and every one was super nice.

Terrible service. Did not feel safe (when my key didn’t work, no one was at the desk late at night, after 15 min, someone came by and made me a new key without verifying who I was). Great location, clean room.
