I have had T-Mobile service for about 3 1/2 years. I wanted to upgrade my phone and was told It was coming within a week. When I didn't receive it, I was told I could pick one up at the store (not true). The 1st supervisor I talked to said yes I did qualify - the 2nd supervisor told me I didn't unless upgraded to a Go55plus plan. As a compromise they sent me a "FREE TABLET". For the last 5 months I have been paying $7.92 /mo for accessories for the tablet. The tablet is refurbished and has not worked since I've had it. I called today to cancel all my service. The only way to get away from T-Mobile was to purchase the 9 inch table, refurbished for $221.00 plus my $85.92 phone bill. I can purchase this refurbished tablet for $98.00. Beware and definitely do not accept anything for free. I have been told different things by different representatives - I paid the money to be rid of them. The cell service was very good but I prefer to do business with people who do what they say they will do.

Came in on a Saturday to get some help with a persistent glitch I'd been having with my call forwarding. Staff were friendly and even though they weren't able to figure it out at first, they kept on trying with us until we fixed it. Arin in particular was awesome. Officially our new go-to location in the area.

My fairly new standalone Internet tower stopped working, and I took it in to have it swapped out and T-Mobile on 280 and 119 said they were out. and that happening occasionally but what was frustrating was that I tried to call them at their store before I went over there, but no answer. The employee gave me her card and said to call tomorrow to make sure wanted to come in, but I explain to her that no one is answering the phone. she said that would not happen again. however, today I have called that store over eight times during a five hour window, and no one has answered. How ironic, a major phone company that doesn’t answer their office phone, nor do they allow voicemail capability to leave a message for a callback. This is the height of inefficiency and incompetence.

THE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD AT THIS TMOBILE TODAY IS TERRIBLE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here around 9:50 am to beat the rush because they open at 10 am (says 10 on the door, and 10 online) so I get here right at 10 am. Some lady comes to the door and puts a new hour sheet up, and moves the opening time to 11 am (only for today?) so I patiently wait, and when the time hit 11 am no one was nowhere to be found! I’ve never experienced this kind of negligence at a T-mobile and I am highly dissatisfied! Me and few customers sat out here and waited in the hot sun for these people who acted like they didn’t care when they did open the door 30 minutes later. Some people left because of this lack of professionalism.

I had a problem with my phone battery and was prepared to purchase a new one. Could hardly get the young men to stand up and answer a question. I'll choose another store.
