I would discourage anyone from buying from State Traditions. Here's why: I have made two orders with this company that have gone unfilled. Repeated phone calls, emails, and social media messages have gone unanswered and unfortunately this seems like a theme with this company. No refunds, no responses. Unfortunate. Fool me once... Shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me, I guess. Disappointing customer service and bad business. Sad to see. Wish this let me give them 0 stars, but I have to choose 1, but doing business with State Traditions has been a 0 star experience.

Placed my order on April 13th. Payment was charged on the 16th along with notification. It is now May 24th. Nothing received. No tracking information. No update. No response to my emails. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with Can't speak for the quality of the clothing (since I never got it), but I can say they ripped me off of $103.

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting on two items for nearly 3 months. I have called two different phone numbers of theirs, one of which is not longer in service and emailed them multiple times via multiple accounts. I have also called John and he will not return my calls. This business is a scam and stealing money from customers. Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase from them.

This business is a total scam; do not order from them. As per previous reviews, they charge your credit card, never send your order, don't respond to e-mails or phone calls. What a disgrace.

AWFUL!! I ordered 2 swimsuits for my husband on June 6 thinking that was plenty of time to get them before July 4th. WRONG! After many phone calls and left messages on the machine with zero response I sent an email asking for a refund. John said he would refund my money but the suits were ready to mail. I received one suit 3rd wk of July. Called back and finally got an answer. His name was John and he checked on the other suit and told me it would go out next wk. Never happened! After many more attempts by phone I sent another email and it was rejected. He blocked my emails. I finally called my credit card co and got a refund. I will NEVER order from this place again and will pass this along to all my friends! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Just an insane process to go through. Placed my order in April. I called in late May to check on it, they told me my hat was still being stitched. So I waited and called again in June, they told me my hat was ready but it had been sitting in their warehouse. They assured me it would be shipped that day. It's now been 3 week (almost July now) and I still haven't received it. They don't answer emails and hardly even pick up the phone. This is nothing short of some kind of scam. You can't blame the supply chain issues if the product hasn't even left the warehouse!

I ordered from this company for my retail location. They have not had any communication nor fulfilled my order. I have sent messages, they read them, but no response. After looking on Facebook and online, it seems that this is a common problem with them.

Big fan of their clothing but horrible customer service on two occasions.Ordered a game day shirt for my brother for Christmas on November 29th 2021. Never came. No emails or notifications. Since December 25th, I have emailed them 5 times and left 2 voicemails asking for a refund and have been ghosted.In November, 2020 I placed another order for game day clothes, koozies, stickers and custom cigars. I received everything but the cigars. It took 4 emails and 2 phone calls over a two week period to receive a refund.I have been purchasing and wearing their clothing since 2016 and have spent a considerable about of money there. I won’t shop here any longer and I wouldn’t trust them to fulfill your orders.

This company is BAD NEWS!! Took my order and charged me. Sent me a bogus tracking number. Telephone number not in service and they are not returning emails.

I ordered 2 hats 6 plus weeks ago. I have called them 25 plus times and sent several emails. They sent me a text message back saying they would call me back. Still zero communication. This is fraud. They want even call me or email me back to cancel my order. Do not order from this company.

John is awful! You might receive your items between 6 - 12 month. I cancelled my order before being shipped and they refused to refund me all my money back. State Traditions sucks!

Ordered a hat in March 2021. I was charged for the hat, but never received. None of my calls or emails have been returned. Do not purchase anything from these crooks.

Check Better Business Bureau complaints against this company before you waste your money on them! I ordered a shirt Dec 1, 2020. They haven’t delivered, haven’t refunded in spite of multiple requests, and they don’t answer the phone or return calls or emails. They also haven’t responded to my BBB complaint.
