They require you to bring things in neatly folded and they return a jumbled mess. Nothing folded just wabbed up and put in bags.

I don't understand all the bad reviews, but I LOVE going to this place. I go here all the time and it's more convenient it's so close to home. I come here with the international of jsut looking at some close and buying a few, but I walk out with like 2 bags!! And if you go here and she how large those bags are, you'll know. But in all honesty, this place is great. Go sometime and look around.

This isn’t usual, but I sold stuff and they were making people wait while they did an employee purchase (and while she went to her car to get the money) and the girl that checked me out had an attitude (I think she was stressed, but you have to handle it well). It is true that they don’t take a lot of good items. They offered me $6 for $150 pair of good Brooks.

Don’t waste your time buying or selling here. Went in at 3:30 with all brand name clothes to sell. Was told to fill out a form they would go through them in a minute as only one person was in front of me. 45 minutes later, nothing. Then I was told we can buy after five. You might want to come back. What kind of manager hires a bunch of teenagers to do this job. Ridiculous! They sat around talking while I sat there and waited. Extremely unprofessional complete waste of an hour.

They say they don’t accept trash bags as a medium for clothes delivery, but they do, don’t let them deny you and force you to buy “acceptable” bags and baskets when obviously they don’t care about the rules. When asked why they accept some but not others the response is “it depends on who’s in store”. So much for rules.

There's absolutely no way I'll return here to sell or buy anything in the future. Several years ago, I sold a few things and got a decent deal, but this place has become a glorified personal injury firm equivalent of a retail store (IYKYK). Contingency fees are a sham, and so is this place.Came in on Friday after driving a half hour one way in traffic and they told me to drop my six 13 gallon bags in this huge line of others' merch and fill out a form. Fine. I get that times are rough and we ALL need extra cash right now. So I fill out the form but then, given my background with INFOSEC, get very wary of leaving a formal with every bit of my PII save for my blood type and SSN in plain view for people buying there. So I thoroughly redact every bit of info and just say I'll call them Monday to see if it's ready.I drive a half hour home and not two hours later, they call (guess the number was still in their system) and say they're done. I could've saved myself a second and third trip had I known and just stayed on 280, but cool. So not only have they gone through the 23 bags and boxes ahead of mine but MY six bags as well? BS. No one thoroughly vetted anything whatsoever.I'm already on my way to the lake so I say I'll just come Monday like I'd planned. I came back Monday at 10AM, out of my way, during my workday to collect and, lo and behold, they don't open till 11AM Mondays. Why? We gotta nurse a hangover? What kinda retail store opens at 11AM on a weekday? Whatever.I come back A THIRD TIME to pick up my cash and they've selected 24 items. TWENTY-FOUR ITEMS and give me a measly $96. The worst part is stuff that was older and cheaper than the items I brought in were selling there for $45 (shoes, that is, which, coincidentally, were the only items they decided to take). So, in other words, they screwed me out of major money and were gonna upsell them exponentially to other unsuspecting people. On top of that, they didn't even bother trying to untie the bag ties and just ripped them off and they snagged a couple bags so clothing was spilling out all over the sidewalk as I reloaded my car. In essence, after three trips and them taking the most valuable items and paying me jacksquat for them, I basically came out even in gas and Hefty bag money. I was literally telling patrons, word of mouth, as I left to never shop there again. Good times. ?

I lost my mind in this place. My intention was to trade in business casual attire for a cute summer dress, but I ended up trying on at least 20 items! So many cute, affordable options to choose from! I spent WAY more than I expected to with no regrets. I'm on my way back to purchase a white, yellow and blue dress that I told myself I didn't need. However. Today is a new day and I NEED IT. I received what I expected to get with the clothes I traded in as they all had never experienced a washing machine; always dry cleaned. They took more of my colorful pieces rather than the subdued/black colors. Love this place!

Don’t bother trying to sale to them. Took in two containers of nice clothes most still had tags as well as purses and shoes and they only purchased one item. Complete waste of time. You’ll do better selling on eBay.

My first experience here was positive. My last two experiences were not great, and I likely won’t go back. They rejected most of my items, many of which were nice brands in good shape. Then they only offered $15 for the four items they did want. Felt like a waste of time. The employees are nice though.

I do not understand what this store wants to buy. I took in over 100 items consisting of Hudson jeans, clothing from Saks, and much more, and they proceeded to keep 3 items. They consistently claim that they want nice items, but yet they don't buy anything???? Don't even bother going here. The girls who go through clothes must be told to only pick items that came from Walmart.

A little pricey for what they're selling. If you're looking for basics to fill out your wardrobe, this place can help. If you're looking for statement pieces, maybe try somewhere else.

After driving nearly an hour there with a massive box of designer clothing, I am told they are not accepting items to purchase today.. This was not posted on their Facebook page.. SUCH a waste of my Sunday!! I also had to load my toddler up to make this drive, PLUS since Birmingham is an hour away for me, I had also set up a pickup for a piece of furniture from Lowe’s. So I had to play Tetris with 2 Lowe’s employees to have room for my toddler, box of clothes that I did not intend to still have all of, plus make the piece of furniture fit.A very annoying experience overall. However, based on lack of response to any critical reviews, I’m sure nothing will ever be addressed. If you are not accepting buys, this needs to be published on your Facebook page for the day.Basically, just super unprofessional and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unfortunately selling clothes here is an abysmal experience. Takes forever and they don't let you come back to get your stuff the next day. I worked in retail so I try to be understanding but they are just so slow :(

You can find all kinds of deals at this store! I wish the isles were a tad wider, but other than that, not a complaint to be had!
