I experienced the worst service of my life. I was talked to very rude in front of my kids. The manager call the owner I thought that will make things better but instead both the wife and husband made things worst. I will have the videos uploaded to YouTube. Subway should look into who they let franchise they restaurant.

Apparently management here is unaware of when events are happening at the BJCC and they are unprepared for it. They will run out of all bread except for the white and wheat bread options. I do not recommend going here if you can avoid it.

I ordered 2 footlongs, one for myself and one for my son. Mines didn't taste right to me. Something was off, like something was spoiled, but I was also sick so I thought maybe me taste-buds were off, so I didn't continue to eat it, but also didn't say anything to my son. He tried his sandwich later that evening and came to tell me that it didn't taste "right" as normal. We almost always order the same thing from Subways, but this was our 1st time ordering from this location. Still will eat at Subway, but wont be back to this location.

Tasteless and overpriced. $38 for 2 sandwiches, cookies and drinks is insane.Was charged extra for bottled drinks when we got fountain drinks but didn't notice until we had already left.

I had a last minute LARGE (literally 75 people) order. I made the order at 8:30am and was directed to EZ Cater for delivery-DO NOT DO THAT! Fast forward to about 10:15am I received a call from the store employee Melinda, who was handling our order because she had some follow up questions, she was so sweet and personable! Our order was set to arrive at 11am. At 11:10 I called and was told no driver had been assigned to our order by the EZ Cater company but they would assign one immediately and get our order on it's way. At 11:25ish they still were no where in site and I had been put on hold for an extended amount of time only to be told they had no idea what was wrong or happening. So because it was only about a 6 minute drive to the Subway I decided to head over and pick my order up myself. When I arrived Melinda told me that the EZ Cater company had called her and had been as rude to her as they had been to me. This woman worked her butt of to make this order and it looked and tasted awesome!!!! I will for sure go back to the Subway for a lite lunch to feed the masses again but I will not go thru the EZ Cater company to do so. I hope the owners of this subway know what a gem they have in their employee. She and the young gentleman who was helping her were AWESOME!!! Thank you Melinda for saving the day!!
