I can’t thank Joy at State Farm TK Smith Agency team enough! She reached out to personally make sure I saw a letter about my homeowners policy being canceled. I had completely missed it, and the cancellation was set to happen that same week. Once I found out, I started looking for other coverage but quickly ran into a wall since most companies wouldn’t take me due to an open claim. I let Joy know, and she jumped into action immediately, gathering everything needed and starting an appeal. While we waited, I was connected with a broker just in case we needed a backup plan. Thankfully, within two days, State Farm reversed the cancellation and kept me covered. Joy’s level of care, urgency, and customer service was truly exceptional. I’m so grateful they were looking out for me!
