I just have a few questions if a family member passes away and you have the phone but it has a pattern lock on it can you all unlock it but unlock were all of the information stays in the phone and is there a way if the person who has the phone want to keep it on what are the proper steps

Filed a claim online and got on the schedule for a screen repair out of this location. Drove 30 minutes to the store only to be told the tech wasn't working today. I had to reschedule for 2 days out. Not at all the T-Mobile staff's fault but still highly inconvenient and a little ridiculous to have to deal with.

I received a new phone. And all I wanted was my informations transfer to my new phone. One of the employee remove my SIM card my old phone.. I really didn't know to check my information for recovery of my phones before she did that. I went a whole week with a phone that I could only make call with. When she remove my SIM card it log me out of my Google account. And my recovery information was old. It is almost impossible to get back into your account with out that information. A whole week the only thing I could do with my new phone was to use the phone call feature. I any one who depends on there Google account. When changing phones or if plan to log out for what ever reason. PLEASE make sure you recovery and verification information is correct. This week was a stressful time for me. The lack of knowledge the employed had before she removed the SIM card from the phone.Before removing SIM card or Logging out of your Google account you need to make sure your information is correct.
