Asked on the phone twice if new iPhone model available, got told yes.Drove all the way up there just to got told they don’t have any.And all of the sudden, nobody talked with me on the phone earlier.Horrible store, lying……..Stay away

I stopped in and was greeted this time very quickly. I told the guy I wanted T-Mobile Internet and I keyed my address in and was told it wasn't available in my area. So I asked if it's not available in my area how does my neighbor across the street have it. Then I was told that because my neighbor has it, that might be the reason it is showing it's unavailable in my area. Because T-Mobile doesn't want to many units in the same area because it doesn't work as good because they interfere with each other. If that is true that has to be the most crazy business principle I ever heard. No we don't want your business because your neighbor beat you to it. Good luck with that!

Horrible customer service, they are ill equipped to help, they are not upfront about costs and if you try to get out of a plan/contract it will cost you hundreds.It cost me $317 to be exact and now I’m also without a phone

We had to update our sim card from Sprint to T-Mobile. We went to the store expecting a 15 minute stop. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes. You are wondering, 5 stars? Yes, this is in regards to the store and especially Neil who helped us.We were there so long because of issues with Sprint, nothing that Neil did or could resolve. Multiple phone calls, attempts from different ways, and finally Neil was able to get our sim card switched over.During the time he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never got frustrated. Overall, he made the experience much better than it might have been had we had someone not as good as Neil waiting on us.Great job Neil!

Alright people. I don't think Many people working even management had a lot of experience.Very misleading prices and promotions.I was very excited to work T-Mobile and they have truly manipulated me out of money. I was supposed to be paying certain amounts of money for my monthly and initial payment and it was not that when came down to all of the payments. They are not very professional.

The worst experience EVER. The internet was TERRIBLE in my area, I kept the service 4 freaking days! FOUR. I cancelled my service. Now for 5 months every month they are still taking money out of my account like I have service?? I called the customer service line and they claim they can't find my account. Yet they have my bank information? Now they are telling me I have to go to the T-MOBILE store in person. (This all started on the phone. NEVER EVEN WENT TO THE STORE.) At the T-Mobile store they supposedly can find my information then I get the joy of calling back customer service who couldn't help me to begin with AND HOPE THIS WORKS. I work full time and who has time to run around chasing money T-Mobile is stealing. The worsssttttt. God, why did I ever make the decision to even try T-Mobile. Who wants to cancel their Debit Card and have to re connect every bill connected to it. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE.

There was a tech support man named Justin in Birmingham, Alabama. He was extremely helpful and very informative, knowledgeable, and courteous...Actually one of the best I've ever come across 100 stars ? Justin your awesome and definitely an asset for t-mobile. Thank you for all your help. I will definitely recommend t-mobile to friends and family.. and Ms Leighanne in customer service is also an amazing sweet person ...t-mobile definitely has great customer service

So far, so good, signed up in January 2023 for a bundle including iPhone 14s, series 8 watches, second generation air pods, and home internet. Good promos and so far excellent service. The brick and mortar stores were also very helpful in getting us set up and answering all additional questions in a professional and courteous manner.

Fast, friendly and competent service sums up our recent visit! Brittany was super helpful and very nice to work with. After replacing an Apple phone after a repair incident from the Apple store, the phone did not get service. After a few hours on the phone with Apple customer service without success, we decided to see if a T-Mobile store could help. Within just a couple of minutes, Brittany was able to make our Sim card work with the phone again, thanks Brittany!
