Very hard working and dedicated team. The vehicle I wanted was sold, just minutes before my arrival. They worked with other dealers to find an alternate, and they were successful. To have that kind of reputation when vehicle supplies are tight, was an indication of how well they operate this auto group. Will consider them again on my next purchase.

Got my oil changed having driven in from out if state. Customer service was very very good. Pricing a bit high, but that I expected at a dealership and having no coupons.

Excellent service. The service advisor Mitchell was professional from the moment I drove in. He greeted me and after I explained I was there for a recall/issue he went ahead and advised me of how long the service would take. He even checked the system to see if I had a plan to cover my oil change at my current mileage and advise me to come back within a certain mileage range. I didn’t even know my plan had these stipulations. I decided to wait for my car and it turned out that the recall service was even quicker than he advised it would be. I’ve been to other Hyundai service stations in AL and NJ and by far Mitchell and Tameron Hyundai are the best.

Never again. I came in to test drive a car they had that was the only one around that was similar to the one I wanted, with the intention of having them order what I wanted if I liked it. I was very clear about that from the beginning. The person we'd originally made our appointment with was too busy to meet with us, the two different salesmen we were bounced to spent a combined 20 minutes just looking for the car they had said they'd have pulled around when we got there. They spent most of the time trying to convince me to settle for the one they had, which was the wrong color (not a huge deal) and a Limited where I was looking for an Ultimate and didn't have any of the specific features I'd picked the Ultimate for (a bigger deal). When they finally agreed that they could order the car I wanted, they tried to convince me to buy it faster, claiming that in the few weeks I was planning to wait until some new payoffs reported on my credit, qualifying me for a 0% interest rate, my trade would decline in value and that I didn't want a 0% interest rate anyway. They kept me another 20 minutes after I said I needed to leave for an appointment, and even had the sales manager come out asking us, "Why do you hate my car", to try to convince us to buy the wrong one again. They didn't even pretend to care if I got the car I wanted (even though I'd have been spending more money), they just wanted me to buy whatever they could push off on me right that second. Overall, a terrible experience, and I felt more like a hostage negotiating for my release than a customer.After it was all said and done, I bought somewhere else, got exactly the car I wanted, in exactly the time frame I wanted. And despite the salesman's threats that my trade wouldn't be worth what I wanted to get for it if I waited a few weeks, I got $3000 more for it than I'd asked Tameron for.

Lawrence and David absolutely outdid themselves. They understood my circumstances and worked with me to get me back on the road. They spoke to me as a person, not just a quota to fill and stayed late in order to accommodate me. 10/10 wonderful service, definitely worth checking out, they'll treat you well. Thanks guys!

Mitchell made my experience AWESOME. He went above and beyond helping me find out about the warranty on my car and saved me several hundred dollars and I was able to go ahead and have my window fixed. THAT is good customer service!

I had an appointment for regular maintenance and service. They informed me that there was a recall on my vehicle (computer update) and that they would take care of it at the same time as my service. They got me in and out quickly. They were courteous and efficient.

Customer service poor at best. Went in there with my coworker and the sales person expected my coworker to sign paperwork for the purchase of a vehicle before looking at it from an online purchase. Manager tried high pressure tactics in order to close the sale and my coworker walked away. Both sales reps looked upset. Coworker had a cashiers check 34K and walked away from the sale based on principle.

I am very disappointed with the dealership in Hoover, AL. My first interaction was with a salesman Kevin. He started off very well like all salesmen. I had a 2019 Titan that I was going to trade in. They did not have the car I was looking for; so I settled for one that was close. It took so long to get me a price I had to leave. I ask the Kevin to just email me the information; that was on a Friday. It is Monday and I still did not get a response on the car or the trade in. I went to Nissan today (Monday) and sold my truck. The sale person ask what am I getting next. I told him the Sonata. He told me to talk with his friend John @ Tameron. I talk with John and told him how I was treated the first time I was there. He stated that is not the way they do business. I went down there again only to be treated worst. We agreed on a price, but the new car was dirty with pollen and bug stain on it. I told Kevin that I was going to get the check and review the car when it is clean and the mud guard on it. I made it back with the check. They wanted me to sign and take the car. I told them that I want to see the car clean before I sign. The manager John did not like that I said I want to see the car clean. He said they will clean it once I sign because that mean you are serious. I told him going and getting this check is serious. John got up and said that check don't mean anything. He told "Kevin to don't take any sticker off and show him the car. We don't detail." They sprayed water on it to remove some of the pollen not the bug stain and left the inside still with grass in it. The trunk had scratch marks. That let me know that the manager is correct my official check did not mean anything and they don't need my business. I feel so sorry for people that are in need and have to take crap like this from a manager that has forgot it is the customer the reason you have a job. Hey you can thank John Pettyway for letting me know Tameron don't hold a very high standard of there vehicles.

Be careful. They will push and take advantage when given a chance. My college son was going to purchase a car from them when 'all of a sudden' it was sold and they tried to get him to take an older version at a higher price. I advised him to get up and leave.

Personnel were courteous and professional as always. Mike has assisted me on other occasions and I was always treated with respect, advised of any and all information required and he always tries to get me in and out of the facility as quickly as possible. Service and personnel has always and continues to be exceptional.
