I was looking for a specific item and not only did Ms. Ro tell me what aisle it was on, she stopped what she was doing and walked me to the location and handed me exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Ms. Ro, Hwy 280 Target for being an exceptional and caring employee!!

Probably the SLOWEST drive-up option in Birmingham. No matter how far in advance you label “on the way” to give the staff time to gather your items in their carts - you’ll be waiting a solid 10-15 minutes in the parking spot.

Before I went shopping, I needed to use the bathroom. I can not walk, and I was using an electric cart you provide in the store.
The first problem I ran into was I could not get the cart into the women's restroom door or the family restroom door. An employee told me shoppers do not usually take the carts into the restroom. While he could hold the door open for me, he said I probably could not get out by myself. I then changed to a store wheelchair which, I could not roll into either restroom because it was too wide to roll through the door, especially while holding the door open with my foot.
These are supposed to be handicap accessible restrooms, but they are not.
Your store has nice wide aisles, so disabled shoppers can easily move around. The associates are friendly and usually helpful. What happened with the bathrooms? I was so distraught and disappointed that I immediately left and will not shop there again.

I’ve never had a worse customer experience than shopping here. The management must teach hate for their customers. I was handed off and treated as an annoyance.

Terrible experience. I will contact upper management by the way I was treated here.

Not a good variety and selection of items. They don’t keep items restocked/well stocked. Their store brand groceries are not good quality and do not taste good. The store is a bit more upscale than Walmart with better shopping carts. Customer service is lacking and it’s difficult to find anyone to assist you. The bathrooms are dirty. Random items are misplaced and scattered throughout the store.

I was buying good and gather water at Targets on Hwy 280 in Birmingham, Alabama. When I went to check out I noticed that there was a price discrepancy on one of my items, which was the “ Good and Gather sparkling water 8 pack! It’s stated “ buy one get one 50% off. The regular price was $3.29 so half off should have been $1.64. Instead it rang up as $2.54 for each one. So I called one of the workers over to look at it and she told me that what she saw on the Register was correct. I immediately ask for a supervisor because in elementary school we know that all day long 50% of 3.29 is $1.64. Well unfortunately her supervisor did not know how to add either! So I requested a manager, she came over and tried to sell me on why $2.49 was on the screen twice. $2.49+2.49=$5.So unfortunately she could not count either. So she told me basically that $3.29 that was advertised at 50% off was not $1.64 but that it was $2.49.+2.49. Apparently she doesn’t know how to count either! Nevertheless I called corporate at Targets once I got home and complained about “ false advertising “ at their store! They immediately apologized and said they will rectify the situation!

We shop at Target once a month for all of our personal items and paper & cleaning products. Also the good prices on wine, including the 10% discount. And, we have enjoy the red card which gives us 5% back instantly. The staff is always friendly. OH, and we are major recyclers and Target is the only place that will take GLASS.
