The Fitness Center is a great place to work out. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. David, John, and Dan are fantastic trainers. They're incredibly knowledgeable and have a knack for making exercise enjoyable. You can count on them to motivate you, offer encouragement, and celebrate your progress. I highly recommend signing up!

If you want to get in the best shape of your life then call Vic at THE Fitness Center. They will tailor a work out and diet plan specifically for you. The best staff at any work out facility hands down.

I've been going to The Fitness Center off and on since 1995. I've always been pleased with their personal service, the wonderful staff, the continuity of care, and a results oriented program customized to my needs. Personal trainers provide accountability for me and I feel so much better when I'm consistent with my training. I can only say good things about Vic, Beth, David, and John. They are just like family to me!

The entire team at The Fitness Center made our first visit informative and welcoming. My husband and I have put off this decision to have a healthier lifestyle for many years. The Fitness Center team hasn't pressured us in any way, which for us has truly been a blessing. Their only concern for us seems to be our overall health and a true desire for us to meet our goals. I started working out with John approximately six weeks ago. Not only are his workouts tailored for me but I immediately began feeling AND seeing results. As with most of us, time is extremely important. I needed a facility that could provide maximum results within my limited time available. Because my office is just down the road I have been able to schedule workouts that fit me and my ever changing work schedule. Everyone at The Fitness Center are knowledgeable, friendly and have a positive attitude. Whether you are a newbie to exercise or a seasoned vet, The Fitness Center will take care of you.
