Donāt waste your time with this place. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because no stars is not an option. I called about getting new tires and was told that I would be in and out quickly. They did not have the tires that I originally wanted so I settled for another set and was assured that they had all 4. The website said otherwise, so I wanted to confirm if they had them or not. I took the associates word that they had all 4 tires and after waiting over 3 hours I was told that they in fact did not have all 4 tires and they had to call around to other stores to see if anyone had one available. I felt like I was lied to just to get me into the store. I opted to skip the alignment because 4 hours is long enough of a wait. On the way home I realized that my tire pressure sensors were not working properly anymore. They really donāt have a clue what they are doing. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to get the sensor issue fixed so they donāt screw anything else up. Needless to say I wonāt be back. Please donāt waste your time with this place.

I stopped by Mavis because I discovered a nail and a screw in my tire. Little did I know, I also had an alignment issue. Trey was extremely courteous, informative, and took excellent care of me from start to finish. I was able to get my tires ordered and they arrived next day. He showed me the damage to my tire, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely taken care of before getting back on the road. I truly appreciate the great service and professionalism! Highly recommend.

This place is so helpful. Tiffanie at the front desk is always so sweet with my kids and makes sure they arenāt bored. She even turns the TV to something for them while we are waiting. Service is fast but with quality. I am usually so skeptical about tire places as Iāve had bad experiences in the past but this place gives me faith in humanity again!

* Knowledgeable & Efficient Mechanics! *
This location had me back on the road within 24 hours!! Dropped off my car on a Thursday morning to get a new radiator and thermostat. I was shocked when my car was ready for pick up mid-day, THE VERY NEXT DAY! My car is running tip-top again and It's has been a full month since my repairs!
NO ISSUES! NO LEAKS! NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! NO MORE OVERHEATING!
