Came here yesterday looking for my CRUX cigar and my H Upmann AJ Fernandez stickaroo!!!
Luckily they had it (in my size - Toro/Robusto 6×52).
So I got those and my My Fathers The Judge to cap it off.
Love the atmosphere in here. It's quite, peaceful, and when you walk in the humidor and the lounge you feel a sense of CALM.
I'm an OTR Trucker who spots my truck in the middle of the street, but one day I just got to come here with no truck. Just me & my thoughts.
Think his name was Ryan he had GREAT customer service as well. Def wanted to point that out. (Please forgive me if I messed up your name).
This place has everything you need to get a good sense of what cigar culture is all about. The pictures on the wall to the calm sense of self you feel when you walk in the humidor & notice all the selections they have. To sitting down and having a nice glass of whatever with your cigar in hand and your million dollar thoughts.

Today around 11:00am I was having trouble finding my Lava Flow, by Naked, ejuice at all my normal stores. I walked into Royal and from the moment I stepped in the girl behind the counter was knowledgeable, direct, and very helpful. I will be honest, what was supposed to be a quick “in and out” turned into about 30min of looking through the amazing selection of products and learning so much about whatever crossed my mind… She knew it all and boy was I happy to learn from her ??! I bought my products and walked out the door knowing she had just earned Royal a customer for life. 10/10”
