Love living here! The property is beautiful and well maintained, they even blow the leaves off the parking lot once a week. Everything in the apartment works as it should and the one maintenance request I had was repaired within an hour. I looked at other properties and this was by far the best! I think anyone would be happy living here.

This place is PHENOMENAL! Go see Ms. Mary she is literally the BEST!! She was very professional an one of the nicest apartment manager I've ever met. She was very patient an considerate of me an my handicap foot, so that she could put me in the correct unit. She got me approved in less than 24 hours. This place is a 10/10, Definity recommend.

They'd rather rush people into leases instead of actually going through with the renovations they originally had planned. They'll even charge you the new renovated monthly rent. The emergency services will take their time to tend to your problem. Even wait 5 days and lie to management saying you were okay with waiting. "But wait, wouldn't management correct them and help you recover from the pain they caused?" No, why would they? That's not profitable. Instead they formally apologized and said it won't happen again, because they have a new chain of communication in place. We were just their guinea pigs towards better management, they said. They also told me that air conditioning is not included on the lease? It was not working for 5 days during the week of 100°F+, and the emergency repair and manager had no remorse. The washers and dryers provided don't work half the time and require manual restarts to actually connect to the internet to take your card. If you don't trust them with your card, the machines also take quarters. But be wary, sometimes they eat the quarters without registering them. Good thing the sign inside says "Use at your own risk", so no one is at fault except you for not just buying your own washer and dryer. To be honest, the apartments and community aren't the worst, but the management is pretty heartless and cold. But what else do you expect from any apartment? ?

the first impression was the helpful, friendly, attentive staff - such a great asset. the ability to communicate back and forth was readily evident and reassuring. second was the beauty of the area, with the buildings set in among the trees. extras like the lake, benches for just sitting, and other items make it very appealing overall. after seeing worse places, this one is just uplifting in many respects. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I lived at this apartment complex for two years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very responsive to my questions and maintenance requests after I moved in. At the time of my move in they had a military discount that was discontinued the second year I was there but they continued to honor it throughout my time staying with them. I never felt any judgement toward me personally from the staff or neighbors. I have lived in many different apartments and this was by far my favorite place to live.

This is the most unorganized management team ever, no one ever answers the phone. This management team is not held accountable at all.. they are so unprofessional … they lose emails & call you to say “We never got it” but I have paper trail of all emails… they don’t care about the people who lives here…

Lived here from 2017-2022. They are absolute thieves. We purchased a house and we figured we would be curious and vacate the apartment so they could lease it out at a higher rent. We left in March, the lease was set to end in June. They charged us all the remaining months of rent (about a 2.7k chunk of change), a $200 termination fee, and kept our security deposit. And you can bet they leased it out again before June. Maintenance would mark things as completed before they were done, the office was slow to get back to you and would change email addresses to the main office so frequently that unless you had a job that would allow you to call during work hours then you were out of luck getting a hold of them. Sometimes autopay would fail and you'd end up getting a late fee for their system error.

Moved my daughter from an upstairs apartment. The stairwell was 28 inches wide. That's pathetic. Makes moving a real pain. I would never live there for that reason.

The lack of accountability shown by the management of this complex continues to baffle me. My apartment has flooded TWICE in just the past week and instead of showing the slightest bit of decency or empathy, they have remained defensive about how damage to our personal property is not their lookout. They just come in to paint over the water damage to hide the inelegant foundation of this place. We pay money to live in this place. The least they can do is make it "livable." The least that we deserve in a situation like this is to at least get a fraction of our rent deducted for the absolute headache we have had to endure, but that is simply out of their comfort zone. Steer clear of this place.

In looking for apartments on Hwy 280, the service has been great. Apt agents got out of their seats, asked questions and assisted. I explained that I could move either early December or early January to which she said all we have is an apt upstairs. Never offered to showNever asked me any questions and I said ok and she said ok thanks ans I left. Not very concerned about renting an apt. I do apologize for bothering t her with my visit

So impressed with the way the apartment complex is kept beautiful. When I moved in my unit had a new stove, fridge, and 2 new tubs installed. The maintenance team also comes out extremely quickly to resolve requests. I’m really glad I moved here.
