No AC in truck moving in the summer had to use a sick day from heat exhaustion and Uhaul never responded to my email about this situation. I bet somebody else rented it after I did, and had to deal with it. Next time I will consider another rental company

Ke was an excellent agent. She was extremely overwhelmed with customers with no help both in store and holding the lines.She kept her smile and remained customer service friendly. She was also very suggestive. I loved her.
