This U-haul is the worst, my mom's experience was horrible they didn't tell her that there is no service center on the property. My mom is in her 60s she don't know how to operate a kiosk and the representative she got on the phone was rude. They also charged her $122.99, my mom rented the 29.99 truck, they gone tell her she was charged $50 for gas and $20 late fee but they gave the $20 back cause she wasn't late but $50+29.99 doesn't equal to $100 the math ain't mathing. I don't appreciate what they did to my mother and I don't recommend anyone use this u-haul.

Our service person was great. Fast check in and check out. He connected and set everything up for us. It was the most pleasant rental process I’ve ever had.

I drive a big truck and parked taking up a couple spaces and I called to ask if it was okay, chick with purple hair was incredibly disrespectful and I was talking to try to figure out a way to park that would be acceptable with staff, when she hung up on me. Absolutely rude management, go to another location so you can avoid these people

Everything went incredibly smooth...from the reservation, to online check in, pickup and drop off. The trailer we needed was in great condition and clean. The office staff was friendly and helpful by ensuring that our truck was safe to pull the trailer and they helped to hook up the trailer and have everything connected properly. It was a very quick, easy and effortless transaction, making our move much easier. I definitely suggest this location if you need a U-Haul!

I cannot believe the screw job UHaul just put on me. Had a reservation for weeks, they called on a Friday before a Monday pickup because they can't find any 4x8 or 5x9 trailers within 4 hours of my zipcode. And since they assumed I wouldn't drive 8 hours round trip for a small covered trailer, they just cancelled the reservation. First of all, why give a reservation if you can't honor it? Second, you wait until right before the pickup when I can't recover to just cancel on me? Third, the company cancelled the rservation, so now corporate won't even talk to me because it was cancelled....even though i didn't cancel it. This is insane? And yeah, I did everything right. Made a reservation, chose this location. Called to confirm and got info on what hitch I needed, was confirmed for pickup 11 May. Called the main national number to ask about additional discounts, and confirmed the reservation again. And three days before (only two business days) they just pulled the rug out from under me. Now I'm sitting on a sold house with my kids and my stuff in boxes, and no way to move. UHaul, you are terrible. Like heartlessly and incompetently terrible.
